They had my utility trailer for 4 weeks he claims he could not find an axle…read more our bearing went out on our Small utility trailer on our way up to New York to see our sick daughter anyway 4 weeks plenty of time to finish the job all they did was unbolt 8 bolts to take the old axle off the utility trailer and towed us for miles to get the trailer to their location got to him and my husband picked up today and we got hit with a $300 Bill and a trailer that is not fixed so here we are I don't think the $300 bill was at all fair the fact that you never finished the job that you set out and told us oh three weeks time to be delivered you're claiming that it's a customized trailer which it is not it's a standard size trailer that we bought at Lowe's and I am going to contact Lowe's to find out if what you're telling me is true which I doubt I think it's just all b******* overcharge big time and left our trailer out in the weather with my husband's tools in it which are now all rusty so there's that not happy at all highly would not recommend you at all . I googled places off the highway that I could stop to get my car fixed (I was crunched for time) and this shop showed up. I called to see if my problem was something they could take a look at and fix and they were really professional and sweet on the phone. They agreed to take me in as soon as I drove into town, and they did exactly that when I got there. They had my car diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes (I was expecting to be there for over an hour). They were very honest and professional, and not to mention their prices were very reasonable. If I lived in/near this area, I would definitely be a regular customer! I was very impressed by their service, professionalism, and willingness to help.
