They had my utility trailer for 4 weeks he claims he could not find an axle our bearing went out on our Small utility trailer on our way up to New York to see our sick daughter anyway 4 weeks plenty of time to finish the job all they did was unbolt 8 bolts to take the old axle off the utility trailer and towed us for miles to get the trailer to their location got to him and my husband picked up today and we got hit with a $300 Bill and a trailer that is not fixed so here we are I don't think the $300 bill was at all fair the fact that you never finished the job that you set out and told us oh three weeks time to be delivered you're claiming that it's a customized trailer which it is not it's a standard size trailer that we bought at Lowe's and I am going to contact Lowe's to find out if what you're telling me is true which I doubt I think it's just all b******* overcharge big time and left our trailer out in the weather with my husband's tools in it which are now all rusty so there's that not happy at all highly would not recommend you at all . That's why they call places near the interstate HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!!!! read more

These folks are HEROS. Mavis Tire in Peachtree Corners, GA put on new tires on my husband's truck. On his way back from NOLA, his truck started shaking and he pulled over, middle of nowhere. Two bolts and three lug nuts were GONE. He could have been killed or killed someone else. I contacted Mavis here to ask for help in getting him a tow. They refused and said they did not have a Mavis nearby and could not find him anyway from mile marker 110 on I-65 northbound. Interstate not only towed him, but brought him to a hotel for the night. They picked him up the next morning and wrote a note as to why they think the bolts and lug nuts broke (Mavis did not tighten the lug nuts). Now we try to get Mavis to right their wrong. Do not waste your time and money going here. They are extremely unorganized, while they are friendly, both times I used them they made multiple easily avoided mistakes that cost me time. They mounted directional tires wrong, forgot to balance tires, and didnt put in a wheel speed sensor that I had taped to the tire due to miscommunication on their part. Each time they offered to make it right or fixed their wrongs but I will not be using them again. read more

Please use this company. The entire staff works hard to satisfy the costumers they go above and beyond. Kevin made sure I got home safely to Chattanooga. My tire popped on Interstate and it went through rim. They had a tire available but not rim. They found a rim from dealership which took a little time. They helped me get rental to get home . The absolute WORSE. They don't deserve a single star after what we experienced today. Our AAA contracted with this company for roadside assistance and they were called at about 5:30am. Mind you we are traveling from GA to LA and need to be towed to a shop. We were told it would be an hour and at the hour mark, we called the company to see if a driver had been dispatched. 1st we were told they had NO request from AAA, and to have them book the tow again. A few minutes later, they have a tow guy pull up and say HE Refused to do the tow because it is 4 of us, and that he'd only get paid a percentage of $38 from AAA, and to call them back; furthermore in his rant, tells my husband that his boss DECLINED the job 2x, he didn't know why he was here. Then drove off. The real kicker was when I called the lady that dispatches there she told me they would send someone for a separate cost. Seriously?? Thanks for leaving us on I-65 Interstate. AAA found us another tow truck but DO NOT need to contract with you. read more

Highly recommended! These guys are amazing!! My family and I had just left MS heading to our new home up North. We had previously left a mechanic in MS to attempt a fix on the instrument cluster. To our dismay, not even 2 1/2 hours into our trip, our truck began leaking oil all over the place. By the time we stopped on the side of the interstate, a steady flow of oil pour onto the ground. (Mind you, we had two vehicles loaded down, two kiddos, and two dogs in the 90+ degree weather.) Ultimately we had to call for a tow. It only took 15 minutes for them to arrive. These guys knew exactly what the previous mechanic did wrong before they even popped the hood. We were in & out in 3 hours. They immediately got to work, were informative and friendly. Hands down the best. Thanks again for helping us out & fixing what the other mechanic couldn't. read more

We were on our way to New Orleans for Mardi Gras and our tire got a nail in it. Luckily Interstate was a short 1.5 miles away. I pulled up thinking the tire repair or purchase was going to delay our arrival that afternoon, the shop was crawling with customers. However, The experience was everything other than what I expected. We pulled up, a young man immediately came to the car, found a compatible tire , tried to repair the one we had, unfortunately it had a tear in the sidewall- we were fortunate to make it there! The tire was replaced at a reasonable price and I was off in 20 minutes. We made the first parade. If you ever have a flat or need a new tire don't be afraid to come to interstate they will treat you right. Five stars all around! read more

Headed from Atmore to Birmingham on a Sunday afternoon and tire pressure started dropping fast. Called and they met us at the shop. Replaced valve stem and sensor in tire on a 2500 GMC. Super nice people and price was very reasonable for a Sunday afternoon repair. read more

Rip Off I dropped a small boat trailer and ask to replace the bearing on one side. Should have cost around $100.00 including labor. I was hit will a bill for $471.00, They replaced the Hub, serviced the other side, two Bearing bubbies, two tubes of grease (not sure where that much will fit), 3 hours labor, and a new tire that I didn't need. I ask why didn't they call first and they said they didn't think it was needed. read more

These guys were called out to my car (by roadside assistance) to fix a flat on a Friday evening as we were on our way home from vacation. They came pretty quickly, we're very friendly and when I asked if they knew a place where I could get a new tire, he offered to open their repair shop and put one on! When we arrived, they checked our other tires, showed me how low the tread was on an additional (not yet flat) tire and we ended up buying two. The price was average for the tires and he charged a very fair service fee. If we were from this area, there is no question this is the place we would use for all of our car service needs. We were on our way going home to Tennessee after a week at Pensacola Beach and had a flat tire at exit 77 on Interstate 65 N . Interstate Towing and Tire responded to our call. They had to come approximately 7 miles to our location. It took them nearly an hour and a half to get to us. They had to replace my tire which I paid them for and then they charged me $150.00 for a service charge. We are two 17 year old girls and I feel like they ripped us off, because of our age. read more

We had a blow out on our way to Gulf Shores on Highway 65. We stopped at the State Farm Office in Evergreen and asked where to get a new tire. They said all of the people in their office went to Interstate Towing & Tire and that was a good enough recommendation for us. After arriving at Interstate, the owner greeted us and inspected all of the tires. Two others were also damaged, so we purchased four new tires. They said the new installation would take 45 minutes and indeed, it did. We had run over tire debris from a semi which covered both lanes of the highway. Some of it had metal pieces in it which caused our blow out and slices in two other tires. They were so, so kind to us and offered us water and removal of luggage from the trunk to reinstall donut tire. Just the nicest people and fast service! Thank you so much! read more

I asked if you could deliver it to me. You asked where are you and I said at the truck stop station at exit 96 and you said yes you are just up the road. Yor deliver man came and said he had the wrong battery and picked mine up and said he would be right back. He came back in a little while with the right battery and sat it down on my motorhome. I had the tools out to hook it back up and he said I will do this. He taped the cables on and tighten up the 2 nuts. and presented me the bill. $504.70. $325.41 for the battery $29.29 tax and $150.00 service call. I though that was way to much. When I got home I checked my local parts store for a battery and it was $159.60. That is where I had purchased the battery that was in the coach in 2004. Yep 11 years old. I called O'Reilly auto parts in Evergreen battery for a SSB 8D2 battery and they told me $191.99 plus tax and yes they would deliver to the truck stop at exit 96. I think you way over charged me. read more
