There were 4 working. Two were helping another customer, one was stocking, and one was standing behind the counter pretending to be busy. Finally after about 10 mins one of them asked how could they helped me. I explained what I needed and I was given the correct pair of blades. He did not ask to put them on for me and acted as if he really didn't want to be there. I'm a women and I have no clue about cars or replacing anything in them. I also had my 1 year old daughter with me and she was wanting to run. So I figured out how to in the parking lot. I will not go back again. I felt as if I was bothering them and I wasn't worth their time.

Not the way the box looks, parts are still in the package So make sure you wash shine and polish your box if you have to return a part I know I won't have to worry about that again. A guy greeted us at the register, processed our transaction- which was $200+. This auto parts store had a die cast battery, which was what we purchased. The newer battery did look a little different, but the person assured us that it was set up the same as the old battery. We thanked them for their service, and then went on our merry way. I called O'Reilly's and asked if they had the part. A gentleman said they did. I explained that I had no way to get there and he offered to send it out. I told him I was at the I-40 West bound but I was at I was at I-40 East bound. The young man he sent with the part did not give up and found me. I believe his name was Jason. He put on the new part but couldn't get it to work. He then bypassed the switch and got it out of park. He recommended going into Marion and check with Derrick Muffler, which I did. I just want to say that this is the best customer service I have ever had at an auto parts store, or any store. They were so nice, I wish I lived in Marion.
