They require constant visits, and it feels like nothing but a cash grab. I've been on medication that works great for me. However, when it came time for my refill after 60 days, I was told I had to come in and pay $145--for what? The medication works fine. I followed their instructions back in December, refilled my meds in February, and now it's May and the same issue again. With inflation and the rising cost of living, who can afford to pay out of pocket every time just to get a refill? And let's not even talk about the cost of the prescriptions themselves since I haven't met my deductible. Please explain why an in‑person visit is required for refills within a 60-90 time frame? Every refill requires another appointment, regardless of whether the medication is working. It honestly feels like they are milking patients. I only see these people for one thing yet they want me to come in for other services. Why? I only want to see you for one thing. They then said, I would need to show them proof of getting wellness services else where. Why? I don't have to prove anything to you'll. I only see you for 1 thing. So why the hold up. If the money went toward improving the office, it might make more sense--but the place looks untouched since the day they moved in, likely back in the '70s. It's old and outdated. Trust me--if you value your time and money, go somewhere else. Find a provider who cares more about patients than padding their pockets. GREED IS RUNNING THIS OFFICE.

What's even more concerning is that the doctor frequently walks in without knowing which child he's supposed to be seeing. It's clear that the nurses have given him the wrong notes on multiple occasions. When I ask him questions about my children's health, especially when they're sick, his answers are vague or uncertain--often saying things like "I think so." Honestly, the nurse practitioner seems to have more knowledge and professionalism than Dr. Ranulu himself, which is disappointing considering it's his clinic. I expected better care and communication from a pediatric office, especially one we've trusted with our children's health.

She truly cares for my children's well being and explains the illness and treatments. I have been there plenty of times as both of my children have health conditions, sometimes multiple times a week and don't have problems scheduling appointments. When my daughter was a newborn my insurance dropped her from the policy in error and the office worked with me while everything was corrected. Last year I traveled out of the country with my daughter last minute and Dr Miller had a preventative vaccine overnighted and ready for my child. She looked up the illnesses common in the area we were visiting and took the time to explain them to me, what to do to prevent and what signs to look for. We have always been able to get the flu shot early each year which is important foe my son. Maria always greets us with a smile and is respectful. Oh yeah, they are open Saturdays for a few hours however I try to stay from those crowds. My children love and trust her. And so do I... So to the previous reviewer, I have never been treated unfairly and mistreated in any way. Neither have my children. So maybe you should be the one to evaluate your auto insurance needs so you can have roadside assistance when you actually need it :)

I pulled into the parking lot and tried to change the tire, but didn't have the right tools, so my wife came and picked me up. She returned later to ask them if I could leave the car in their parking lot overnight, as I had arranged for a roadside assistance service to meet me there the following morning. Maria, the employee there, curtly told her "no" and went on to say that the car would be towed within 10 minutes if it wasn't moved. My wife begged them to make an exception, explaining that we had no other options. They wouldn't relent. She asked for the phone number for the tow truck, and they dismissively said, "It's on the sign outside." That's no way to treat people. At all. I would never, ever take my children to this pediatric clinic, and other consumers should be aware of their treatment too.

Though I wasn't able to eat or drink the break room area adjacent to entry/check in provided vending machine goodies and drinks. With free coffee and baked chocolate chip, peanut butter and sugar cookies. Nice! Within minutes from checking in the nurse came to take me to pre-op. She wasn't too engaging with an early morning dry approach that changed to a bit more engaging when I refused to remove my yellow knit cap for their paper blue. *Lol* Jennifer, Gladys, Doc P and anesthesiologist made me feel very welcomed, comfortable and in good care. My procedure per Doc P went very well. Aftercare staff was attentive and informative along with assisting for release.
