I dropped my truck off on a Friday, and they said it would most likely take 2-3 days to fix, including time to buy parts, but since they were a bit understaffed, she was going to promise me it done by the following Friday. I was fine with that. The Thursday before the promise date, I called to ask what time I could pick up my truck at. It was then (only after I called them) I was informed that they hadn't even started work yet. That's when I informed them I needed it for a work trip by the following Wednesday. Knowing it was in a rush, they decided... to not start until 3 o'clock Monday. Unsurprisingly, they didn't have it fixed before the work trip.

Finally we called Roadside Assistance and a Hertz and we are getting the car switched out for another rental. They called Mikes Towing and when they came out it was immediately after they received the call. We had to wait on another truck because the one they sent out was to small for us and all of our stuff. They was nice enough to call in a bigger truck and all the drivers was very respectful and honest and very prompt. When JJ our new driver arrived it's like we was all family, He treated us so nice and he was so helpful with the whole process. I recommend these men and this company to anyone. Fearing a lengthy delay, and at age 81 not eager to have to change a tire on the side of an interstate highway, we were led to Fausett's with the help of an online search. A kind lady in the office quickly addressed our situation and concern, then directed an attendant to diagnose the issue (imbedded nail). We were on our way in 15 minutes with a professionally repaired tire for a reasonable price. Salt of the earth, caring people who were eager to help.
