He reported that we had a 3 car garage when we only had 1 car. Also, he stated that we didn't have a basement. If we were ever to file a claim, we would not be paid for the basement. Also, he kept scaring us to pay more (like higher deductible) which lead to higher premiums. I found out all this after we switched to another agent, Virginia Tam, who helped us lower our Farmer's premium and straighten our policy so the policy reflects our current house so we get paid out if there is any damage. she was recommended by my cousin. I am kicking myself for overpaying for our home ins for over 7 years. Mike is a great salesmen and he sold us a policy and kept us through his scare tactics. He's a talker, therefore you don't get the correct info. I would highly discourage anyone from using Mike. I reported him to his district manager and I got no response. I needed to get my vehicle registration renewal (another perk of being a member, they offer some DMV services ) Process was fast and simple. No long lines and good customer service.
