I brought my 2021 Jeep Gladiator to Victory Motors of Craig for a check engine light, misfires,…read moreloss of power, and drivability concerns while the vehicle was under warranty. The vehicle remained at the dealership for over three weeks. During that time, no diagnostic testing or road test was performed. The only action taken was reconnecting the existing O sensor and securing a damaged connector with a zip tie. No parts were replaced. I repeatedly expressed concern that the underlying issue had not been addressed. When I picked up the vehicle, the mileage in and out was unchanged, indicating no test drive had been performed. Within one hour of driving, the check engine light returned and the same symptoms reoccurred. When I contacted the dealership again to report the recurrence and request further service, I was told they would not provide additional service and was advised to seek help elsewhere. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the safety and drivability nature of the issue. I am sharing this so other customers can make informed decisions.

Suspecting possible water pump failure she called Northwest Auto for a repair. She took it slow and made it to their location the night before. Approximately 8:15 AM her bus was taken in to be diagnosed. She was told the upper coolant line had a hole in it and needs to be replaced. She told them to do that as well as an oil change. They completed and gave the bill at 10:39 AM a matter of 2 hrs and 24 min. She has a modest income so I paid for it with my CC. She got 1.5 hrs down the road and it over heated again. She sent me the bill and labor charge is $600.00 for that time! SERIOUSLY!!!! I called them and was told that because they "squeezed" her in that was the labor rate!!! I told her what I needed to help me make a decision on driving 3 hours to see the vehicle. She had her mechanics put the vehicle up on the lift and took all the pictures I asked for. Within 10 minutes I knew it would be worth the drive. I booked an appointment with Alexa for the following Monday. She communicated with me the entire time letting me know everything was ready for my arrival. When I arrived, she had the truck out front and ready for a test drive, then helped me go through the carfax and check everything out. Once we landed on an acceptable price she introduced me to Josh, her manager. He was as nice as Alexa and again made the process easy. I am now the proud owner of a new to me Ford Truck! I have done my due diligence as well, I have spoken to 6 shops owners and mechanics at two different shops in town and they ALL say the same thing. "Someone did something wrong". All assured me they would be stand up guys and take care is their customer. When I told them your course of action, all were shocked at how you could take zero responsibility and offer zero assistance. You say the oil was checked before I left....how do you know with such certainty that oil was in there? Because your tech that doesn't want any heat said so?
