The saag was rich but not too rich, with a deep flavor that blended the spinach and spices together with heat -- I ordered India Hot, natch -- in a way where all of them sat together perfectly. The paneer was likewise just the right texture of soft and delicious, with it's smooth, tender, creaminess blending just right with the saag. The garlic naan was, as usual, fantastic. Even better, everything is packaged fresh and ready to go/ pack for lunch/ take out onto the lake/ whatever. The trays are completely sealed, so you don't have to worry about a mess in your car/cooler/lunch bag. They even make their paneer fresh in-house and roast/blend their own spices and curries. I also enjoyed sipping my first ever ThumsUp cola. They have some other food stuffs and Indian wares for sale there too. Treat yo'self! The exit leading to this restaurant can get quite busy, especially during rush hour. The GPS will have you turn into an exit only lane, but the best entrance will be through the Krystal fast food entrance. While this place has tables and chairs, they do not provide table service. They only do take away orders and self-service dining. There is a sign near the register that states this. Menu is great, provides enough dishes for everyone to enjoy - vegetarian or meat or fish. I got butter chicken, palak paneer, rice, garlic naan, and cheese naan to go. I ordered a mango lassi to drink while waiting. All the food I got was delicious, and they understood the assignment when I asked for mild spice. With tip I paid about 60 bucks for all of it. There is enough parking for about 10 cars in front, more on the side. Staff is friendly, but there really isn't much interaction other than when you order.
