I don't know why there are reviews that are negative because BASED on MY PERSONAL experience this is an A+ dealership. I purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger from this dealership and I did it from out of state without even meeting Tony Roy in person. He is an Epic Sales person by the way. Very easy to deal with and just a fun guy. He even responded when the dealership was still closed or he wasn't working. I deal with salespeople for my line of work all day long and he is one of the good ones. Negotiated a fair price for the car they had and got a fair financing deal as well. Every phone call or text was returned and he even checked in twice after the sale to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Please give this dealership a try and please ask for Tony and tell him your best friend Damon sent you.

I called him after a week to see if he had a status on the car and he claimed the shop had not looked at it yet and he will call me when he knew something (telling me not to contact him, he'll contact me). A week later, I decided to go to the repair shop that this dealership is in cahoots with after reading the real 1-star reviews, I see that's where Ameer takes all of his one star review customers vehicles and his lemons. Apparently they had the car for two weeks but the dealership never communicated the problem to me. The car needs a new engine which is going to run me upwards of $5-6k, that's almost the value of the car. Even though Ameer told me to bring the car back to check out, he wouldn't even help with the repair bill. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS! They will sell you a car that appears to be fine and will pass inspection.

A few weeks ago, I brought my 2014 Jeep into Adams Jeep to have it looked at (Check Engine Light…read moreand Service Transmission Message came on). As expected, I dropped it off from them to look at to determine what was wrong with the transmission. Later that deal, the service department reached out to me and said that the transmission needed to be replaced and they quoted me the price of $9,300 over the phone for a new transmission. I was frusted with the price that they had quoted and when I asked them about the possibility of putting a used or rebuilt transmission in the car, they told me that they do not bother with putting in used or rebuilt transmission and that I should either pay for a new one to be put in, or buy a new car. At that point, I informed them that I would be in later that day to pick up my Jeep as a I wanted to get a second opinion. (I opted to do so because they would not tell me specifically what the issue was with the transmission. When I inquired, they told me that they would have to take it apart to determine the exact issue and it wasn't worth the time do so, I was a bit annoyed...I wanted to know the reason behind why I needed a new transmission). So, when I arrived to pick up my car and pay the fee for them to look at it, I asked again for an explanation as to how they determined I needed the transmission and have the technician explain their determination, I was told that the tech had left for the day and their notes simply stated i needed a new transmission. At this point, the service department again mentioned that i should replace it or buy a new car. At this point, I made the mistake of asking, well, what are my options for a newer car if I decide to go that route. It was at this point they brought the sales manager over, and they tried pushing a 2024 Jeep Compass on me and having me make the purchase that night. I wasn't in the position that night to make such a major financial decision without first exploring my options. I was beyond frustrated by that experience and to be honest, I have no interest in buying another Jeep after all the issues I've had with my current Jeep. So, after leaving Adams that night, I called around other repair shops to see if someone else could give me a solid answer as to what was wrong with it. After taking it to another far more reputable shop recommended by friends and coworkers, I was able to get a clear explanation as to what was wrong, and I was able to get the work done for a much better price than what they quoted me. I will say, after this experience, I will never be returning to this dealership to have any work done on my vehicle and I will never buy a car from them. I would highly recommend that people avoid this dealership.

My elderly father came into the service department and made an appointment to drop off his truck for service. He dropped it the night before and put his keys in the drop box. At 4:30 the next day we called to check on it since they didn't call him to pick it up and we were told by the person who answered that they were new and didn't realize there was a drop box there. So you leave a random vehicle parked in front of the service door all day?? One that was scheduled to be brought in!!! Also, are you the only one working in the service department?? I'm thinking the first thing that should be checked each morning is that night drop. Especially if there is already a vehicle parked at your door before you're even open. That is a new one and never did I ever think something this bad could or would happen. It's so sad that a gentleman who has stayed loyal to the old dealership and now the new one is treated this poorly. He walked into the building and made the appointment and his truck sat all day. If we didn't call to see what was happening it would have been there all night again. That is beyond poor service. I just can't wrap my head around that at all. I still can't believe what we were told. I do hope they make some changes that actually will mean something to those customers that are trying to hang in there. I however think I am done. Two vehicles supposedly repaired. The car came back to me found out the lights did not work they…read moredid work when it went into the shop. All parts not replaced as instructed and paid for. So, we are at a crossroads spend a bunch more money or junk the car. Excuse was the mechanic was in county jail so they could not find out what was done. The truck came back with a rear main seal leak after they replaced the transmission, and they could not adjust the shift cable. I took it to the ford dealer, and they had to replace the entire shift unit that Budget supposedly replaced now vehicle shifts properly but the transmission had to be taken out again. I have purchased many cars from Bob over the years and have always been happy. The new owners don't have a clue. I look forward to seeing the next owners.

Horrible company, had my jeep that they sold me for over 6 months and could not complete the job…read more John Filmore sold me the jeep way over priced and faulty with a warranty that they used to attempt to fix it but ultimately do not have any skilled enough mechanics to be able to complete the job correctly. They do not communicate efficiently with their customers and they do not keep their word. After taking my car to Addams jeep I found that it would take $9,000 to get my jeep in working order. Their staff seems to be all unskilled people who like to pretend like they have a clue. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MEVHANIC TO MY WORSE ENEMY. Karma is real! My son spent the better part Memorial Day speaking with Jenny O , he had gone through the application process and was waiting for a call from Jenny O with the exact payment and interest rate .... details of the loan etc . The call NEVER came . We were getting ready to head down to purchase the car at 9:30 am this morning . She SOLD the car with no word back ! Common decency would have been her explaining that she had another buyer Interested and the car may be sold to the other buyer . When I called this morning her attitude was " sorry for your luck " she said she was the only manager there then proceeds to all of a sudden find another " manager " for me to speak to " Amir " who had the same attitude. We have three other family members in the market for a car that were also going to check the lot out as well . I would NEVER EVER recommend this " car lot " . I've bought several cars and have NEVER experienced " service " this awful ! ZERO stars !!!!!
