This is my second time coming here. First time i came i got the steak burger with onion rings and fries. The burger was okay... it had mayo but that's it. nothing impressive. i think it could have been dressed better in my opinion. Tonight i have a nacho chili cheese style burger w/cajun fries & cheese bites. The cajun fries could definitely be better. it's very lazy, fries out the freezer w/cajun seasoning (heavily) sprinkled on top. It could be better but it's not terrible. the cheese bites i expected to be runny but it's actually just round mozzarella sticks (bites if you may). The burger is sloppily made. hardly any chili but a huge amount of cheese it made the buns soggy. Overall, this place isn't the best at all i would spend my money else where and from here on out. Ordered a burger it was raw and a Cajun wrap but didn't get it after waiting 30-40 minutes then went back through the lady said "I'd eat that burger ain't nothing wrong with it an you didn't order no wrap". Never going here again. read more

Cook Out was alright. You don't really get as much food as you think you'll get. The burger was average with smaller patties. The fries and onion rings were okay. However, the service was very very good. The worker took our order and repeated everything back to us to make sure it was right. The price was very cheap for everything we ordered. Overall the food was average with small portions, but the service and price is what made me enjoy the experience I had from Cook Out. read more

The absolute worst service in the country. If you are looking for a late night meal in Montgomery.... pass. Sat in line for over 30 minutes with almost no cars in line. I have been to this location about 9-10 times and can honestly say that only once has my order been correct. I now sit at the drive thru window and go through each container and hand it back when it's wrong. They either leave something out or make it wrong all together. Staff is rather rude and not educated on how to deal with customers. Act like they don't really care one way or the other. Seems to be an apparent lack of true management at this location. Pull up place my order this is where the ordeal began you simply have a hard time hearing the employee to replicate just try to talk to someone scream as loud as you can, talk as fast as you can, with your mouth barely uncovered with one hand.I ordered two double burger trays one with french fries one with onion rings banana shake and a extra chicken club everything all the way welp this is what I got..Burgers were smeared in so much mustard you could not taste anything else I have eaten here and other locations before and it was good but something has changed I barely get a meat flavor kind like "mcd"..chicken club taste more like a stick of butter than a chicken sandwich do they soak the chicken in butter?
