Yes, it's in the RSA tower. Kind of hard to find parking unless you manage to park under the building....just watch out for the parking security guy. We ordered take out anyway so we were in and out. Got to meet David the GM and he was awesome! Since we were in uniform he struck a conversation with us and offered to help us out in any way if we happened to plan any events in the future. He also gave us some coupons for the next time we came back. Customer service here is top notch! The food ordering was quick and the food came out quickly and correctly as well. There were plenty of registers on hand to handle an influx of customers. The food is always as you would expect from Chick-Fil-A. Delicious! Bottom line: Great service, good food....but had to dock a star for the parking situation. If they could perhaps arrange some parking spots under the building for Chick-Fil-A customers instead of being harassed by the parking dude, I'll give this place the 5th star! read more

I was attending a meeting in the RSA Activity Center and we had a short time to grab lunch. I placed my order on the app and within 10 minutes of arriving, I had my lunch and was ready to roll. For a restaurant chain that is nationally known for having the friendliest staff and cleanest facilities - this place FAILS on both those notable trademarks! One guy particularly - he's almost always the person who calls your name to pick up take-out orders - is incredibly rude (by anyones standards, much less Chick-fil-a standards). This guy is so lazy and miserable looking that he doesn't even push your bag to the edge of the counter where it's easier to reach. He looks mad as hell ALL the time! AND he NEVER says thank you - and I mean NEVER - even when I look him straight in the eye, smile and say "thank you." This is a busy restaurant, but the floor is often slippery and dirty. Tables are not bussed in a timely manner, either. To the manager of this franchise: Clean up and send the out-front guy to remedial Happy Camp where every other Chick-fil-A employee graduated. read more

A new Chick-fil-A company runs this location now, and it has not been a easy transition every since the previous managers left it's been nothing but issue after issue with this location. Granted some of the employees are great, have great personalities, and are willing to take care of your order. However, I would not say that about all of the employees there. The cashiers are very RUDE. They are the faces the customer see from the beginning to end so they need be trained on customer service. I went in there this morning to order a cup of coffee and get a refilled on my drink. The cashier asked me was I buying a drink and I said no I was trying to refill it. She said that I would have to buy a drink. I said "NO", I was buying the coffee "ONLY". She stated that I would have to buy a drink in order to refill. I said ok, I want the coffee. Then I said I will get ice, she said the ice cups are behind me. I said I don't need an ice cup. She goes to ask me am I buying drink and I said again "NO". She calls for a worker there and say she has a problem. At this point I'm getting pissed off because you do not have a problem. I told the worker she do not have a problem, but she is creating one so I got loud. Why am I going back an forth with you when I told you what I wanted and what I was paying for which was the coffee. I don't want to make this about race but that's what it seemed to be about because I am a black female and she made sure she to call the black employee. I did not give the cashier time to explain what was going on because their was not a problem. I told the other employee what I wanted and she understood just fine. I told her don't worry about the coffee. I DO NOT HAVE TO SPEND MY MONEY AT ALL HERE. When I was leaving she was trying to be funny and say have a great day and I hollered it back for her to have a great day as well. The more I thought about what took place I went back to speak with the manager. The manager did apologize however it shouldn't have came to that point for a manager over a cup of coffee and a refill. I understand policies and procedures and every job have them and has to follow them. When the cashier stated I couldn't get a refilled I was fine with that. I had the issue with her trying to make it like I had a problem when I didn't. They label black women as being angry etc. I WAS NOT THAT AT ALL. I had high hopes. It looked nice and looked promising, but I was let down only because I expected above and beyond. The food was great as always, if not better than mine from Missouri, but the service lacked the Chick-fil-A stamp, it was just kinda lame. The workers obviously didn't want to be working and we're just counting the time till they could leave and we're hasty and not super helpful. They lost a full sandwich off our order and didn't ask if we needed sauce. I gave it 3 out of 5 stars because I enjoyed the food, but not the service. So if you want Chick-fil-A and don't mind Taco Bell service then this is for you read more

Go somewhere else, unless you like lukewarm waffle fries. The chicken nuggets were ok at best. I think they fail to realize that this is someone's lunch and just think of it as moving product out the door. Staff is very friendly and the store is clean. Shame that you can't eat outside for the stench of tobacco. The good news is that there is some free parking across the street. You sure wouldn't want to add the cost of parking to this lunch travesty. Just an FYI, if you are following your Garmin GPS you end up on the wrong side of the building. Terrible service. I have never experienced this at a Chick Fil A. First they did not have any coffee. Then when my order was ready, they only gave me half of my order. Finally, after I waited for the coffee to brew, I poured it in my cup to find it filled with coffee grounds. Gross. I threw out my cup and left. When I got home, I found both biscuits to be burnt, both with the smallest chicken patty I have ever seen- maybe a chicken nugget style. Very disappointed. read more

Mediocre experience first time in. I came in about 1:00pm on a Friday. The service was fine and the food was ready very quickly. Unfortunately, the place looked as though it hadn't been mopped in quite some time. Both lemonade containers were bone dry (save some pulp) and two of the three ketchup bins were entirely empty. Multiple booths still dirty from past customers. Parking is typical of downtown (if you arrive at lunch hour, be prepared to park and walk). As I was leaving, what looked to be a large group of children, presumably on a field trip came out of their back room, which may have been the cause of the general unkemptness of the place (due to staff having to tend to the group). Even still, additional staff should have been scheduled to compensate. read more

I love Chick Fil A, however I was disappointed with this one. We got there around 1030 in the morning and every table was dirty. And they weren't busy at that time so someone should have definitely been able to clean the tables. The clerk behind the counter didn't have the normal Chick Fil A cheery attitude either. The sandwich was good but felt like they used too much grease, and it was more expensive than the one a few miles away in Prattville. The tea was very tasty though! read more
