My friend recommended this place to me and I must say, I was not super impressed. I do like the fact that they are open very late, so they can fill that late night fast food craving you have. Aside from that, it was a good burger. The Cajun fries were probably the best part, the seasoning they use is really good; however, they were a slight soggy for my liking. The cheese bites were very mediocre. Once again, not bad, but not great. The cheesecake shake was good, but my goodness was it thick. I mean my straw was completely flat from me sucking so hard trying to get a sip. I will say I am picky with milkshakes when they are too thick, but I mean, if I want something so thick that I can't drink it and have to use a spoon, I'll just order ice cream... haha Would I come here again on my own? Janae patiently took our order, confirmed it for accuracy, inquired what sauces were needed, shared our total, and instructed us to drive up for payment. Window was on the passenger side; food was received seconds after payment was given. 1/4 lb cheeseburger tray with nuggets, fries and shake (x2) was $15.50. Neither cheap or sky high for the quantity of fair value food. Not spectacular but my kids like it, especially the custom shakes (aka ticking gut bombs). Parking lot was clean and well lit. Now how for one, every time I come to the only cook out I've ever been to, do they manage to find some way to get my order wrong EVERY TIME! This time I ordered blew my mind, I asked for a bacon burger with cheese only double fries, and a bacon burger with slaw and fries. Drive 15 minutes back home only to find out we got a bacon burger just cheese with no bacon, and then a bacon burger with double fries no cole slaw. Y'all must live under a rock to mess up an order this bad also with attitude. I'm not from Virginia and I will never recommend this establishment outside of this state. HORRIBLE! I've been to 3 other locations and enjoyed the food and the portion of food. This location was a huge disappointment. I couldn't believe the lack of food that was in the tray. They should be embarrassed to give someone that little amount of French fries. I'm never going back and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I also ordered another tray with hush puppies and it was hardly any in the tray. The quesadillas might have had 4 strands of chicken equivalent to strands of hair. After visiting this last weekend the person in the drive thru was the most pleasant and patient person I have encountered ever and nose definitely for this chain and location.
