The ice cream is homemade, and in addition to the classic flavors, there are more interesting creations such as Aztec chocolate, banana Oreo, raspberry cheesecake, cannoli cream, coconut, maple walnut, and seasonal flavors such as apple pie, pumpkin, candy cane, etc. While the ice cream is creamy, the flavor is not as strong or distinctive as I like. It gets busy in the summer, and even in nice weather like an unusually warm last March weekend, the parking lot was filling up, to my surprise. My husband got 3 flavors as the one he really wanted only had a little left. He mixed vanilla, salted caramel and cotton candy. His favorite of the three was the salted caramel. We came in the middle of winter, so I'll be happy to come back when it's warmer out.
