Came here on Valentine's Day for coffee and we brought a board game. Such a cute spot! There is street parking and you can pay by app or coins (bring coins it's way cheaper!). They had a variety of coffee flavors and styles. We really wanted the French press for two but they stopped doing it that morning? I got a hot coconut latte and my husband got a cortadito. LOVED this spot! Super cozy and the staff are amazing. Cherry on top was the delicious java I had. Strongly recommend the Cuban Pete which was delicious. So much so, I had one while I was in the shop catching up on some things on my computer and then got one to go! They have a very simple food menu as well if you want a quick bite. If you're interested, they also are a ceramic shop where you can purchase pieces to paint and then have glazed. Makes for a fun group outing! read more

I wanted to like this place. I went here for the ceramics experience and was disappointed. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come help us with the ceramics. Even then, we still were told "pick out your pieces and I'll be back" which we had already done. We were never showed any sort of process or told what to do, and after waiting a total of 30 minutes, we decided to just start choosing the colors ourselves. The whole experience was annoying. Painting ceramics is messy, and there was no where to clean anything and no garbage can to throw away napkins/drinks/food (and obviously no one came to help us do this). The whole time felt like a "fend for yourself" experience. After paying almost $300 for ceramics and drinks, I was told the pieces would be ready in two weeks. After a month I finally called and was told "oh they're ready sorry no one called you". When I went and picked them up, I was assured everything was packed in the bag, and the girl said she double checked, only to get home and find that one of the larger pieces was missing from the bag. Oh and also - The drinks and pastries are average at best. read more

The review is real. The incident happened about a year ago, late winter 2025. The woman who was yelling at the customer had told us she ordered the ceramics and was serving us the paint. ‍ That was my real experience and it was unprofessional. After reading the business' comments of the one star reviews, I can say for certain the woman yelling at the customer was the owner. I don't know how that business stays open when you bicker with customers like that. She's unhinged. Very cute inside but I had the displeasure of witnessing, who I believe was the owner, yelling at a customer after misplacing her ceramic item. The conversation escalated to this being an experience and paying for that experience, then somehow escalated to retirement and how the owner would be so lucky to retire. The customer, who was an elderly lady left after that without her ceramic. The atmosphere was incredibly tense after that at our table. We kept nervously joking to ourselves about not asking for more paint because the owner might blow up on us. You don't act like that in a professional setting. read more

Decided to come here for the first time to paint pottery on a Friday morning. The inside of this place is so cute, really nicely decorated and very cozy. The front is the coffee shop portion and the back is the painting area. It wasn't too busy but there were a good amount of people quietly working. They were definitely understaffed and just one woman was working but she was doing a great job running both halves of the business. We got drinks and muffins to eat while we were eating and they were great. Would definitely come back for more painting or even to work for a few hours. read more

This was a very eclectic space with so many wonderful parts. There is the coffee shop, at www and then in the back a pottery paint studio. There is also a space to relax and drink your coffee with lots of books and comfy couches. It took a little bit to get my order in because there was one person working at the time. I ordered an iced butterscotch latte. make a lot of flavors in house which I liked. The coffee was very good, delicious in fact. however I believe that $7.00 for a latte is pretty significant. read more

What a unique find! Came here with a friend for some coffee and pastries. They have the usual range of coffee and espresso drinks (americano, latte, cappuccino, flat white, espresso, etc.) They have homemade syrups, baked goods, and several sitting areas scattered in the front. Not sure if their pastries are supposed to be gluten-free or w/e but the blueberry muffin we got crumbled as soon as the fork touched it! Great place to come to enjoy a cup of coffee! (They currently don't serve any decaf coffees or teas) Half the cafe is a painting/pottery set up - will definitely want to come back with some friends soon. There are tables set up in the back for painting on canvas or pottery. Once you finish painting, the store will fire and glaze, and you can come pick it back up in about a week. *Street parking only!* read more

Not sure what I'm missing about this place...I'm a local who's tried it twice now. Two different coffee orders and both times it was acidic and bitter and generally not good. Maybe cold coffee isn't their thing? Two stars instead of one because the ambiance is cute. read more

The day that we went it was a pretty slow day for a painting session, some people were going up to get paints on their own, but when we did the same as others we got yelled at by the an older woman- not sure if she was the owner. We felt rushed and not welcomed- as if it wasn't an inconvinence for her to help us. When our project was done we had to call to see if it was ready for pick up. Also food is subpar- slow service. This facility was lovely. It had very nice ambiance. I had a very good cup of tea. The woman who ran the painting portion was incompetent, rude, not paying attention to her customers, and upset both my fiancé and me. It was to the point where he decided not to continue painting. For a lovely establishment, it is such a shame to have a leader who does not have any concept of customer relations. I am disappointed and will not be returning. Loved coming to this place back when it was Artastic, place was staffed properly and it was a great place for booking parties, girls night, etc. I had a few parties over the years for my kids - slime making and glow in the dark painting. However, things have since changed (maybe a sign of the times)...not enough staff, so you literally have to flag the owner or "person" working to give you paint for your pottery and mind you one color at a time, which is crazy! You sit and wait and just as you get situated to use the "one color", you have to once again flag someone down to give more paint because they give such small amounts each time (Quarter size drop on lamented paint card). This goes on the entire time you're trying to enjoy being in a relaxed setting painting. Keep in mind, if someone comes in for coffee, painters have to wait because there is usually only one, at best two people working. When I say "wait" I mean having to stand up and get someone's attention to come over and assist because without your paint, you can't paint. Please don't misunderstand, the place is absolutely adorable, coffee and pastries delicious but you can't run a business and make people wait and wait for paint as it takes away from the experience. My recent visit in was for a party of 4 (2 Kid/2 Adults), 4 pieces of pottery, 3rd week of May, I had a confirmed reservation and we were the only painters there. Fast forward - our pottery was not ready until middle of June (crazy right?). I stopped in for pick up, waited 10 minutes for someone to assist (again one person working - making coffee). I was advised my pieces weren't fired up, the employee was very nice and apologized and advised someone would call me when my order was ready - which never happened. I went back a second time end of June for pickup. read more

Yummmmmm. I've been here twice and absolutely love the lattes here. The syrups are made in house and the caramel is delicious!!! Like ... so delicious. Not too sweet not artificial tasting, really just wonderful. I'm kind of a coffee snob as I often find myself in Manhattan paying $7-$8 for a coffee drink and not enjoying it. But this place feels like a gold mine. On my most recent trip, I tried the churro which is an iced latte with caramel topped with vanilla cold foam and my gosh, heavenly. The decor is great, very welcoming, and also you can paint pottery! I wish there was one closer to my house as this one is about 35 minutes away otherwise I would be here daily! read more
