Whatever haunted batch of veggie cream cheese I met that day has clearly been exorcised. Everything since has been back to normal, fresh, delicious, and exactly why I kept coming here in the first place. Bagels still top tier: crispy outside, soft inside, dangerously easy to over-order. Staff still friendly, fast, and running the place like pros. And the plot twist nobody saw coming... they take credit cards now. Absolute character development. Growth. Place still looks super neat. So yes, the old review stands as one weird off day, but the comeback deserves recognition.
