I called Drew back to go over the report and he and his family were having a Christmas celebration. Now, it was not Christmas Day, but this was the day they were celebrating. Drew insisted on go over my report and answering all my questions. I had a problem, not related to the inspection, a few weeks later and Drew took time to help and resolve the problem. We had an agreed upon time (which I took time off work) and four minutes before they were suppose to arrive, I received a text message they would be two hours late. After waiting two and a half hours, I contacted them and was told an emergency job popped up. We agreed to reschedule. They didn't arrive for the second agreed upon time and after waiting fifteen minutes I contacted them and was told there were two jobs ahead of me and they would let me know the ETA. I would recommend clear and concise discussions about what you need done and writing it down. Dave and his wife are trying real hard to bring good service at a reasonable fee. This group get's a 4 and I'll tell you, as I work with him more, his rating will reflect his service capabilities. BE SPECIFIC when quoting jobs with Dave and take good notes.
