Bev Registered Vet Nurse held my little dog in her arms during the proceedure keeping her feeling warm and safe.I was also given in depth notes and education in aftercare and follow up. Dr.Warmington has excellent diagnostic skills and demonstrated amazing surgical expertise on my Pomerianian Ashley. Dr.W sat down and took the time to decrease my anxiety in a emergency situation and explained the treatment plan that was best for our Ashley. Highly recommend if you want your pet in great hands go to the BEETON ANIMAL Hospital.

Our two dogs are not the least bit hesitant to go into the office because they know they will be welcomed by a very friendly, truly animal loving staff. They spend time with the boys, petting and talking to them. They get down on the floor with the dogs when examining them and giving them needles which relieves their anxiety as they aren't subjected to being put on a exam table that frightens them. Scruffy was in for his annual checkup and Dr. Warmington was very thorough while doing her routine inspection of all of his joints, his organs, etc. She took the time to explain vaccinations plus tick and heart worm protection and flu protection. I have total confidence in Dr. Warmington and all of her wonderfully dedicated staff who present a very pleasant atmosphere every time we go there. Keep up the fantastic work. You are all appreciated by our pets and us.

This is the WORST VETERINARIAN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! He caused the DEATH of my Beloved Dog Daisy! I…read morewent there after being referred by my Aunt, trusting her judgement, but her experience was totally different than mine. I went for a consultation and he said he would remove a Mast Cell tumour that was above my Dogs anus. He said he would have to cut in a small piece of her anus and that she might be incontinent of stool for a month or so. We went in for the surgery and the surgery was totally different than what he had originally said! He removed her anus and lifted it up and created a new hole under her tail!!! It was so painful for her due to all the incisions and tight sutures she started crying in the car right after we started to go home and the Vet, Dr. Mann, is in Bradford, so we had a long ride home. I had to stop twice to reposition her and my daughter helped her by talking to her and massaging her. The next weeks were horrible since she had loose stools all the time anytime. She was uncomfortable and her bum was very sore. My Vet recommended Zinc Oxide cream which really helped but she still had pain. She would not eat only drink and was losing weight. We brought her back after a week for a post op check up and she was in so much pain while he was trying to remove the stitches that she had to be sedated! He made a statement where he said,"Is she always this sensitive "! Well I said No but she's in pain after the surgery you did! He left after the sedation and didn't even come back to give us the results of the tumour biopsy! What kind of Veterinarian does that? He was very COLD and INSENSITIVE to my Daisy and he didn't care about all the pain she had been in! We left. Before the post op check up I had called them to ask why my Daisy was so lethargic and nauseated! She was weak and couldn't hardly eat or drink. He had her on 5 different medications plus a stool softener!!! She was already incontinent so I told them that and I questioned why she should still be on it! So they said yes stop it. The medications became a a big confusion and it seemed to me that neither the staff or the Vet knew what they were doing! So I stopped the drowsy medicine and she came around and was eating a little more and was drinking better. But she was still losing weight and I took her to my Vet and he did blood work and found out she was in Renal Failure. All the stress of the surgery, losing so much weight and all the pain put her body into renal failure. She was getting pain medication but it works in a negative direction when a Dog has Renal Failure. Daisy went down hill very fast even though we tried giving her IV fluids and food that was liquid. The last night she was alive her pain was so bad she was crying like a baby. We did everything to help her. She had quiet moments with us. On the way to my Vet Dr Sam Sadeghi, she passed in my car. Daisy was everything to me! I was alive when she was here! Now I only survive! She was the Greatest Best Friend I'll Ever Have! She was an Amazing Dog! So I WARN ALL of you out there don't ever go to this Vet Dr. Mann, and if your Vet rubs you the wrong way leave! Don't trust them with your Greatest Friend because you are their KANU- their Caregiver their Friend!

No stars for this one... This has got to be one of the worst veterinary care facilities we have…read moredealt with. They treated our rescued epileptic dog like a cash cow for their business. They charged outrageous amount for blood test that were not necessary and did not even provide sound advice or medication for this poor dog. Previous owners had dealt with them and same results hence poor little guy becoming a rescue. This would be the last place I would take any animal for any type of care. It is heart wrenching when it is only about money for them and it is truly love and care for your pet! There are a lot of Vets around that can provide the professional advice and services required for a misfortunate animal without breaking the bank!
