Was charged one price the first time 3.45 a shirt and then almost 200 percent higher the second time 9.40 a shirt. When called to ask why it was so much after a friend picked it up they had stated all 6 shirts were sent for dry cleaning instead of regular clean. When I called told me it's because the price of dry cleaning is a different price, only one shirt was requested dry cleaning specifically the rest are all 20-30$ cotton shirts why would I pay 10$ to wash it after wearing it one time. I think they use some sneaky tactics as one person told me one thing on the phone then when I came back to pick it up. Thought they did a great job the first time but I will be taking my business elsewhere as they are overcharging without disclosing. The one good things about this place is that they do a good job with same day or next day pick up. That's why it got two stars! read more

I'm out of words to explain this rip off! $19 to press one cotton dress, press only. Zara dress that was purchased for $15. $10 to press a white shirt. Press!!! I asked why no one bothered to tell me the prices, or at least printed on the receipt, I was told that I just asked for a press, not a price. So it's my fault. The worst experience ever! I used their alteration service, to replace two zippers and to size down one dress. I paid $130 for such service. When I received my stuff I was shocked how awful the work had been done! All the stenches are very inaccurate, on my shorts they put a regular zipper instead of invisible one, on the dress they made a hole along a zipper, also that zipper attached wrong way has lots of space by each side (how shouldn't be on invisible zipper). They didn't give me any refund when I asked. I am so disappointed about that situation. They spoiled all my items. One of the dresses was completely new! I am so surprised about such a good rating at google maps. On Yelp it is more fair. read more

Also a pair of gym shorts accidentally fell into our dry cleaning bag they charged $10 to wash them. And for a small bag that fell in as well. I will never come to this place again. Flew into Aventura for a few weeks from NYC and had some sweaters that I have been wearing until the wheels fall off. I turned to Yelp to find a local alterations & dry cleaner that I could trust to repair and clean my clothing and found this business. I dropped off two sweaters with holes in each for them to fix and the friendly employee asked if I wanted them cleaned as well. She offered to only charge me for the cleaning since the holes were small... amazing. One wash and press button down and two sweater dry cleanings for just $20... Used to love this place. Ever since Covid they keep changing prices and charging whatever they feel like. Just picked up some dry cleaning and they tried to charge me $15 more than the original receipt was for with no explanation. Used to pay $15-20 to have a suit dry cleaned and was just charged $49. I brought them a green Dolce & Gabbana dress with a tiny spot. They returned me it with the same spot PLUS a HUGE 10" white spot around it - an obvious result of using chemicals to clean the old spot. And they say that it was like this from the very beginning. I even have photos of how the dress looked when I brought it to them. The manager is extremely rude, aggressive and disrespectful and she doesn't care at all. Avoid this place like the plague. I took four shirts on a Friday, was promised they would be ready on Tuesday. On Tuesday they gave me two shirts and said that the others would not be ready until Wednesday. When I got home I discovered the two shirts they gave me were not my shirts. And the other shirts which they promised first for Tuesday and then for Wednesday were not ready until Thursday. They were able to find the two shirts after I insisted they look. So I brought it back and they said they would rewash it for me but that they would not give me my money back. $25 and they wouldnt the me a full refund after having to go drive all the way back and drop off my blanket for a second time to be re washed. When I picked it up after being rewashed it was better but it still didn't smell clean and cotton fresh it has a slight chemical scent to it still! I tried repeatedly to call the owner and the girl assured me that he wouldn't speak to me and that this is the best he could do and that he would not refund me for my awful experience. I really like this cleaner because of the convenience-- they give you a bag with a tag, which you can fill with your clothes and then just drop it off without having to wait for someone to tag each article of clothing.
