I sent three brand new expensive shirts for dry cleaning including a pink linen cottton dress shirt. I was returned two of my shirts and a cheap worn out pink shirt from someone else. They obviously switched my pink shirt with someone else's. I lplaced the other person's shirt with the concierge to be picked up (so Dryeco doesn't have to replace that person's short) but have never been returned my shirt. I have called a dozen times and most of the time no one answers the phone. When they answer I am told they are "looking at the cameras and investigating." It is clear I am going to have to sue these people in small claims court. read more

I rarely leave reviews, and less so poor ones. But I would not recommend this dry cleaners. They lost my blazer and I understand these things happen and they are handing off to a 3rd party to do the cleaning -- but I returned multiple times at their request on the promise that I would receive a check for the item. Twice I wrote down for them my name, number, item price. Their location is no convenient if you are driving due to limited parking space so instead of returning a 3rd time, I called to see if the check was ready. The general manager was out for weeks (again, I understand these things happen) but there was no check left, no notes left in the system, no follow up. I was told to call back the following week, then that the owner would return and call me -- that didn't happen. I shouldn't be working this hard to make myself hole for their error, especially when they want you to pay for the dry cleaning when you drop off the items not pick them up. read more

I have used 3 different dry cleaners and by far Dryeco Green Cleaner is the best the have treated my husband and I with great service. My expensive Roberto cavali vintage dress came out beautiful and pristine. Their free pick up and delivery service is always on time I highly recommend this company despite some of these other reviews. You know when you finally find THAT perfect outfit for a special event, except it is 1 or 2 sizes too big? Yeah, that was me last week. So I did what any resourceful girl would do: I pinned the places that needed to be taken in, dropped the outfit in my cleaners' sack and left it with the concierge of my building. The concierge promised that it would be returned with plenty of time for my event and the fees would just be billed to my card. How simple is that??? LOVE! Problem: The outfit WAS delivered within days, except the cleaners took the pins out and cleaned the outfit instead of altering it. That seems the reverse of common sense, and I was outraged. Now there was a mere 2 days to either get the outfit fixed or go shopping again (no time for that). I called DryEco in quite a tizzy. Solution: The guys at DryEco made no drama of refunding the cleaning fee since I hadn't asked for the garment to be cleaned. It wasn't much money, only around $10 for the dressy top, but the gesture was nice and they volunteered the refund on their own. They also assured me the owner would be consulted to make sure that I had the top returned to my home (30 minutes away from the shop) in time for the event. In the end, they made good on their promise and I had my perfectly-altered top back before I got finished with work the day of the event. No matter what business we're in, problems always pop up. It's how we handle those problems that really counts. DryEco did a fantastic job and I will certainly use them again + suggest their services to others. read more

Been using this cleaner since I moved to Sunny Isles 1.5 years ago. I gave them a cotton shirt dress that had a hanging sash for which I received a phone call that "the sash ripped", as if it happened by itself. They told me they could fix it but would take 2 weeks, I said forget it. Picked up the dress, was charged full price ($26.38 for a cotton day dress) which cost me an additional $25 to repair. And btw the pressing on the dress was inferior, I had to press the collar and cuffs myself. Stupidly I decided to give them another chance. Gave them a similar shirtdress. Just got it back, pressing again is inferior, or not done at all. I'll have to press the collar and cuffs myself, as well as the entire dress. And the price went up to $30.46 for a cotton shirtdress! And my husbands laundered shirts were $6.14 each which is ridiculous by any standard! Even in Manhattan I never paid that price! And the cleaning and pressing is lousy! Going to switch cleaners, anyone have suggestions? read more

So, we have been using dryeco since arriving in Miami 2 months ago because that is the dry cleaners that the building recommended here. My husband, who has been collecting the dry cleaning that's dropped off at our door, has not been checking the receipts until now. When I checked our receipts, we have been being charged over $40, $50 and $70 per item! 5 of my thin summer dresses were charged $72 each dress!! Who knows how long they have been taking advantage and overcharging us and many others in the building during a PANDEMIC!!!!! I called the dry cleaners, flipped out and told them they need to fix this NOW. I was told it was a mistake and the owner would call me. I HIGHLY doubt that THIEF will call! **WORST EVER!*** wow I really don't know where to begin. First I would like to say I wish I read the yelp reviews before coming here. There is a reason why the first review I read says that the shirts were ruined. First I would like to say I sent over $3000 worth of shirts to this place. D&G, Versace, Alexander McQueen. I don't know where to start I'm just in shock. First, let's just say the shirts look worse than when I brought them. more wrinkles than when they went. Second, the shirts did not come out clean. There still stains on my white shirt. Third, whatever chemical or not chemical they are using to clean seem to fade and ruined the black skulls on my Alexander McQueen material. Third they lost the screws from my $700 Versace shirt tag. I really don't like to ruin peoples living but they definitely don't belong in business or really need to change whatever equipment they are using because it's terrible. If I had time to file a lawsuit in small claims court I would. But imagine not even calling me to tell me that they lost my screws they just stuck in a safety pin in one of the holes. I'm still in shock. Even go one further and say they have no idea what they are doing with their online part of the business. I signed up left my credit card info and a week later I still didn't have my shirts. I called and they told me I didn't leave my credit card on file. I then tried to login with my email and password that I used and it didn't work. Then try to reset my password and that didn't work. I'm not sure I can say anymore other than they've ruined very expensive shirts. They don't make the screws to replace the Chrome Versace tag. And obviously I can't get the black skulls from my Alexander McQueen back to black after they faded them with their terrible cleaning solution. read more

The first time I ordered their service my things where left for several days in my lobby the doorman finally told me they had not been picked up . My man needed his shirts for a trip. They did accommodate the timing I needed them but not without my pressure to to so. The shirts came back and we where happy with the cleaning so I figured to give them another chance. I have been having my dry cleaning done here for the past two years. They deliver to my building and are typically fast in getting things done. A few times they somehow broke the buttons on my husbands shirts and didn't replace them. When I complained they gave me a refund and fixed the buttons for free.
