The check-in staff are always super friendly and offer refreshments, which is a nice touch. As for treatments, I've had a few great experiences here. I've done a laser treatment on my face to help with discoloration spots, a Dermaplane (which is amazing for getting rid of that pesky peach fuzz that sneaks up as I get older), and their hydro facials are perfect for adding extra moisture during the summer months when my skin needs it most. You can easily book appointments online, or if you prefer, you can call them directly. I've also found that emails get a quick follow-up call within 24 hours, so they're always on top of communication. I went in for a brow lift for a big event coming up in a few days, and while there, the esthetician convinced me to get a brow tint and a lamination. I asked her if it was okay to do since I am on tretinoin, and she said yes, the only thing I couldn't do was wax, so she plucked my brows instead. During the procedure, I asked if it was meant to be burning and painful, and was told yes. We even talked about me being on tret while the procedure was happening! My brows were bright red afterward and painful, and in the morning, I had scabbing in certain spots, red skin, and they were still very painful even without touching them. I very clearly had a chemical burn. After a quick Google search, I learned you should not do a brow lamination while on tret, and I called the spa, who told me I was wrong and there was nothing done at the spa that could have given me a burn. I did not believe them, so I called my dermatologist afterward, who said lamination should not be done on tret or any other retinoids. I am attaching my text conversation below with Glow Med Spa (I cropped out the beginning, which includes personal information) during which they tried to gaslight me into believing they had done nothing wrong and that I was experiencing a "personal allergy." They changed their tune when they realized I was not, in fact, an idiot, and had spoken to a qualified professional elsewhere to further confirm. I really am not the type of person to leave bad reviews. I have never done so in my life and probably never will again. But the fact that they tried to trick me after they gave me a chemical burn is just not acceptable. The burn that they gave me is thankfully not terrible but they have not only ruined a big event for me, the chemical burn could have very easily been worse potentially scarring me, and they were happy to lie about the entire thing.

I wish I caught her name, because she really made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped through the door. While I waited for my appointment with Erin, I sat in the most fabulously decorated lobby--crisp cream colors everywhere, giving it a fresh, relaxing feel. I was offered a beverage of my choice and went with a glass of prosecco that had a strawberry wafer at the bottom, which gave it the perfect touch of sweetness. Then Brooke came out to take me to the back, and she was just as wonderful! She took the time to ask me about my history with these types of procedures and checked in to see if I had any concerns. Even though she is young, Brooke is incredibly professional and made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. And then, there's Erin. What can I say? She is truly a beautiful ball of light. Not only is she absolutely gorgeous, but her personality just glows. It was my friends birthday and I've recently had a baby and was getting a mommy fixer up; I had a sitter scheduled and everything!!! I received a phone call the morning of our appointment and was told the tech that does the peel called out sick. I was disappointed, but it happens. I then asked if we could still come in for our lashes and dysport and was then told they don't do lashes??? I explained that the lady who booked us said they did offer that service and had even explained the procedure. She apologized and offered to reschedule and give us a discount. I rescheduled but my friend could not due to prior commitments. The day before my new appointment Clould 9 called to say they were out of dysport and that they could take me in a couple days so I waited again and scheduled a babysitter for a third time. Just now Cloud 9 calls me- my appointment is tomorrow, and tell me I can't get dysport on the same day as my peel!!! I have to get the peel and then come back the next week for the dysport AND to top it off she also says the peel has to sit for 6 hrs. SIX HOURS. All of this information would have been helpful over a week ago when I first called. This place is extremely unprofessional and the staff are not educated in anything that they claim they offer. Please get it together. I'm relieved I'm not going to this place to have this work done. I've probably dodged a HUGE bullet. If their medical service is anything like the above interaction I'm positive I did. I do NOT recommend!!!!

No headache with botox that I always had in the past, no freezing of facial features, no disappearance of small lines let alone large indentations of lines.
