I've done a laser treatment on my face to help with discoloration spots, a Dermaplane (which is amazing for getting rid of that pesky peach fuzz that sneaks up as I get older), and their hydro facials are perfect for adding extra moisture during the summer months when my skin needs it most. Then Brooke came out to take me to the back, and she was just as wonderful! She took the time to ask me about my history with these types of procedures and checked in to see if I had any concerns. Horrible customer service!!!! I booked appointments for a friend and me to have lashes sewn on,…read morederma peel, and dysport. We were looking forward to our appointments. It was my friends birthday and I've recently had a baby and was getting a mommy fixer up; I had a sitter scheduled and everything!!! I received a phone call the morning of our appointment and was told the tech that does the peel called out sick. I was disappointed, but it happens. I then asked if we could still come in for our lashes and dysport and was then told they don't do lashes??? I explained that the lady who booked us said they did offer that service and had even explained the procedure. She apologized and offered to reschedule and give us a discount. I rescheduled but my friend could not due to prior commitments. The day before my new appointment Clould 9 called to say they were out of dysport and that they could take me in a couple days so I waited again and scheduled a babysitter for a third time. Just now Cloud 9 calls me- my appointment is tomorrow, and tell me I can't get dysport on the same day as my peel!!! I have to get the peel and then come back the next week for the dysport AND to top it off she also says the peel has to sit for 6 hrs. SIX HOURS. All of this information would have been helpful over a week ago when I first called. This place is extremely unprofessional and the staff are not educated in anything that they claim they offer. Please get it together. I'm relieved I'm not going to this place to have this work done. I've probably dodged a HUGE bullet. If their medical service is anything like the above interaction I'm positive I did. I do NOT recommend!!!!
