Went in on Friday afternoon for the first time ever, after having swelling on my face . My doctor got me in to see Dr. Dascombe & boy was he nice and given the fact I'd never met him before it was a Pleasant experience. The dear doctor even came and retrieved me from the lobby himself, which is rare if you've ever seen a doctor before. Prior to my surgery date which was Dec.19,2018, I'd gone to Dr.Richard Greco for a consult for breast implants. He was very nice as well as the staff. I explained to him that I wanted more volume in my breast with a lift. I tried on implants etc. and he stated that he could meet my needs. Fast forward... 3 days after my surgery was my first follow up appointment and as soon as Nurse Betsy had taken off my bandages, I noticed one breast(left) sat lower thank the other and one was much higher. Nurse Betsy explained to me that the breast that sat higher would eventually drop and fluff and to not judge them so quickly. Months had passed and I noticed no significant change(fluff) in my left breast which was the one that sat low. The left breast always felt like a rock, yet the right was softer. I kept going back to my doctor complaining of the pain, appearance and feel of the breast that sometimes had fever in it. He said it was due to me not properly massaging them, which was definitely not the case. This went on for over a year, me going back and forth to appointments. One day roughly a year and a half later Dr.Greco decides that he felt I have a capsular contracture. I told him I'd been saying that the entire time that something was very wrong with my left breast from day 1. Initially Dr.Greco was very nice the first time I went to have a consultation for receiving implants, but once I started complaining about my observations and that something didn't feel right, also how my breast bothered me he began to be not-so-nice. My husband had come with me to my last appointment following the approval from my insurance to have revision surgery on my breast (after I recommended Dr.Greco see if they'd approve my revision). I cried due to how rude and unprofessional Dr.Greco's chair side manners was. At this point it was obvious that Dr.Greco was no longer interested in dealing with me or fixing the problem with my breast. This entire experience has been a complete disaster. I hate the appearance of my breast, never got the sensation back in my left nipple, hate the pain I've endured from him constantly wanting to do a capsulectomy on me, and just the overall experience has been a total nightmare. I RECOMMEND NO ONE GOES TO DR. RICHARD GRECO. My breast look worst than before and this is definitely messing with my mental state. read more

Dr Dascombe is absolutely the Best Plastic Surgeon and I referred my Daughter to Dr Dascombe for a her procedure. I had a circumferential body lift, tummy tuck, liposuction, reduction/removal of excess skin. I had fat removed from my abdomen, flanks, back and the tightening of my front abdominal muscles. I stayed overnight at the Surgery and had two nurses. The Pain was controlled with medication. After 4 days I did not need medication. I had to take it easy for a while but that was easy enough. My results are fabulous and Dr Dascombe work was amazing. I couldn't be more excited about the results of my surgery but I had to buy smaller clothes. I would highly recommend Dr. William Dascombe and this Body Left procedure. I feel Normal for the first time in 5 years. I have had no issues and everything healed wonderfully, it has been 1 year since my surgery. Do not let fear keep you from doing this Body Lift, you will receive the proper medication, care and most of all the Fabulous Results. Love the way you look in the mirror again. I recently had breast augmentation surgery on 3/6/13 by Dr. Richard Greco with The Georgia Institute for Plastic Surgery and had an amazing experience. This was my first surgery ever, so you could imagine my level of pre-op anxiety, but the staff were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I am now 3 weeks post op and couldn't be happier about my decision to undergo the procedure. Recovery was MUCH easier than I ever thought it would be (I don't handle pain well). I thought I'd be in an extreme amount of pain for at least 2 weeks and feel absolutely terrible but I wouldn't say I had any pain, it was mainly a feeling of "pressure" and stretching of my skin....more like discomfort than pain. I recovered extremely fast and just went for my 3 week check up and my healing has gone very well and I feel great! The implants are still "dropping" into place, as they're still a little high but that's totally normal for where I am in the healing process. Again, I had a wonderful experience and would HIGHLY recommend anyone that's thinking about getting breast augmentation to go to Dr. Richard Greco in Savannah, GA.
