From the moment I first walked in, I was greeted by an awesome atmosphere and an inventory that has the BEST PRICES in Los Angeles!!! I was lucky to live nearby, but honestly, if I weren't leaving LA, I'd still make the drive because the gas-to-price deal is totally worth it! What really keeps me coming back, though, is the incredible customer service--especially from this amazing guy named Angel. He's an absolute gem! His positive vibes are contagious, and he has this incredible knack for turning even the worst day into a good one. Whether it's his genuine customer service or just a quick chat to spread some good energy, he goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with a smile. I always felt like I was chatting with a friend instead of just a store employee. The selection of products is always growing, and to this day, I still can't find my go-to vape (that Angel suggested) at any other shop--super annoying! But it just shows they're one step ahead... Angel is always super knowledgeable and helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. It's clear he cares about the customers/people in general and takes pride in his work, which makes all the difference. As I move away, I'm genuinely sad to be leaving my go-to shop behind. Great local shop to get just about anything you may need. They carry pieces that I haven't been able to find ANYWHERE else in the city and have to order online. Specifically asked for non menthol vape juice. Female staff member said this one is a non menthol and good. I trust her and purchase. Then once home tried it and sure enough menthol. Call and said I can't return it , fine I understand since it's open asked if I can come pick up a new bottle for free since u sold me a lie. The with attitude she says "no" after supposedly talking to her boss. Not realizing I spend about $50-$100 a month there. So they could have just given a free $15 bottle. I used to purchase here all the time for all the things I needed but then I got a couple Vapes that were already dead on arrival as soon as I open the package I went back to the guy and a asked him for a replacement and explained my situation but he doesn't believe me so I guess I'm just never going to go here again. every time i go there, there's some really unhappy guy working there. every single time i've seen him, he's been very monotonous and hardly offers any help. he seems like he doesn't want to be there, and if that's the case he should just quit. he spoke to me with such disregard the last time i went. he charged me TWICE on accident and wouldn't take the time to clarify if he voided the first transaction or not. this leaves me having to deal with my credit card company to find out exactly what happened. such an inconvenience. however, i do like their prices and the products they offer. read more
