From the moment I first walked in, I was greeted by an awesome atmosphere and an inventory that has the BEST PRICES in Los Angeles!!! I was lucky to live nearby, but honestly, if I weren't leaving LA, I'd still make the drive because the gas-to-price deal is totally worth it! What really keeps me coming back, though, is the incredible customer service--especially from this amazing guy named Angel. He's an absolute gem! His positive vibes are contagious, and he has this incredible knack for turning even the worst day into a good one. Whether it's his genuine customer service or just a quick chat to spread some good energy, he goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with a smile. I always felt like I was chatting with a friend instead of just a store employee. The selection of products is always growing, and to this day, I still can't find my go-to vape (that Angel suggested) at any other shop--super annoying! But it just shows they're one step ahead... Angel is always super knowledgeable and helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. It's clear he cares about the customers/people in general and takes pride in his work, which makes all the difference. As I move away, I'm genuinely sad to be leaving my go-to shop behind.
