Friendly staff. Decent selection. The late time they're open until and it's location are why they received my husband's business. Incredibly easy to access from Ventura Blvd. with parking spaces right out front, and if it's not late when the other shops are closed in the small strip mall it's within, there are at least 2 parking spaces out front reserved for their customers. The only negative to this shop is the higher the prices. There are many other shops like this in the area but so far my husband has found them to be the most expensive. *Note: He's not a smoker but he purchases butane for his cooking torch and other things, so perhaps their other items are more decently priced. Stopped in on a rainy Tuesday evening after parking in the parking lot to vote and found that this location has premium and gourmet soda brands, imported candy options, and a whole lot of genuinely cool variety in their overall product offerings. They had hookahs, pipes, lighters, torches, Pocky, peach flavored Oreos, delicious and varied flavors of chips, soft gummy candies, action figures--really fun and worthwhile stop on my journey back to the car. Not to mention the fact that the gentleman at the front counter was wonderful, offered great suggestions and provided absolutely high quality service. Even if you don't smoke or enjoy vaping, you can find something here with universal appeal. I loved it and had a lot of fun looking around at the various items for sale. This place is such a gem, just what the valley needed...a great smoke shop open past midnight for us night owls! Lol I needed to grab a few things last night and I was barely going to make it there by 2 but Mike was so cool on the phone and had no problem waiting for me. When I got there he had everything I needed, gave me a really good deal and even threw in a couple dope stickers. Well to be honest in this neighborhood within a 1mile radius are at least 5 to 7 smoke shops ,and I have patronized pretty much all of them ! Every last one of them have shown a complete lack of sales integrity and a welcoming vibe with a you buy or get out kinda cold feeling as soon as you walk in except for "ELEV8 SMOKE SHOP" not only are they welcoming but stand behind there product !! I recently bought a glass smoking utensil and when I got home I came find out that there was a manufacturer defect that was not visible to the naked eye unless seriously scrutinizing, I brought the product back and with no hesitation the owner replaced my original piece with a another that seems to actually be obe scale up from the original one that I purchased!!
