Hey - life happens. We rescheduled for the following Saturday, and because he had to cancel, he upgraded my tint due to the inconvenience. He was on time, completed the job in exactly the time he stated (1.5 hours for an 8 window Ford Focus hatchback), and the job looks excellent. Thanks to the upgrade (should have asked for it in advance), the car is WAY cooler even on hottest days so far - even with all windows shut.
