They don't exist! Tried phone and got no answer. Went to address and only found a vacant field.

In May 2023, we purchased a custom-built shed from Tripp with Cool Sheds because we liked its look and the warranty from Robin Buildings. The shed was built as requested and placed in our backyard. Although we loved the shed's appearance, we immediately encountered issues with both doors being difficult to open. Rodney, the installer, worked on the doors and advised us to wait a few weeks for the shed to settle before someone would come back to readjust the doors. After a few weeks, a technician visited three times, but the doors continued to stick, making them very hard to open. It is unacceptable to pay over $7K for a shed with doors that do not work properly, especially from day one. A few months ago, I nearly injured/broke my fingers trying to open the doors and called Cool Sheds again to complain. That was the final straw!! Another technician came out, inspected the doors, took pictures, and we received a text stating that the door issues were not covered under the warranty, suggesting that something must have hooked onto the doors and pulled them loose. This explanation was frustrating and unacceptable as we had reported door problems from the first day of installation and that these problems continued. Despite reminding Cool Sheds/Robin Buildings of our initial complaints, it took a couple of months before another company finally arrived today to replace the malfunctioning doors. This negative review highlights our unpleasant experience with a company whose warranty provider tried to avoid honoring their commitment, attempting to blame us for the issue. This deceptive practice is unacceptable and does not reflect well on Cool Sheds. If we didn't have multiple text messages documenting the door problems from day one, we would be stuck with a defective product. The replaced doors are working much better - like they sure have worked the first day. The two gentlemen worked hard, so I will update this review on whether the new doors continue to function correctly a year later. read more

We recently purchased a Robin Buildings 12' x 20' storage building from Cool Sheds in Greer. My sales rep Tripp was extremely helpful when picking out the options I needed on the shed. He also helped me get a replacement siding panel for my old shed that had been damaged. With the rain period my property was too wet to put the building in place and the owner Jack was extremely patient to hold the building until it was dry enough to deliver. My delivery guys were great. The man operating the Mule was a magician. He pulled a 12' wide building between a 12'5" opening between my gate posts and did not put a scratch on my new building. I am very pleased with the sales and the service I received from these folks. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new building. read more

My wife and I recently moved to the area and we're staying in a fifth wheel until we could find a house. We needed a shed to store some of her items. I found Cool Sheds and thought one shed company is just as good as another. We lived just outside of their delivery area so we were charged a fee to deliver the shed. That was fine. I made it clear that this was just a temporary site and that I would be moving the shed again in the near future. I was told at that time that they would charge $200 to move the shed. Then it came time to actually move the shed and they quoted me $500 to move it. That is a long way from the 200 I was originally told. We ended up paying $450 to get them moved. I want everyone to know about Cool Sheds in Greer and what they did to me. I hired them to move a building to my house. The building was damaged in the process and they are refusing to repair the damage stating that it is not their responsibility and blaming the company that built the building. I have spoken to the manager Kyle and also to the owner Jack. The building is about a year old and was in excellent shape. It was very solid and had no issues until they moved it. Now you can't walk into the building as the floor is falling through. I didn't sign anything nor was I told that they would not be responsible for any damage that is definitely their fault. Beware and go elsewhere for your building needs. read more
