Here are some things I notice: 1. The sauna is way too hot. Saunas should normally be around 160 degrees. Most of the time the sauna here is between 180 and 200 degrees.(Photo attached) 2. There is a cardio section upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs area should be removed and replaced with more free weights. 3. The steam room isn't cleaned like it should be. It smells terrible and there is hair on the floor. The floor also feels gritty. Wear shoes if you use it. (Photo attached) 4. Certain times of the day the basketball area is filled with kids. The noise from that area is amplified in the weight area. You have to wear Boise cancelling headphones to drown out the noise. It's given me a headache before.

However, this hotel has definitely seen better days and truly needs a serious upgrade. When I checked it to my room, I clicked on the TV and I only had one channel. I played with it for a while and yet still only one channel. I went to the very nice lady at the desk and she told me that the TVs were definitely in need of replacements. She gave me another room and when I went there, this TV was indeed working. But this room had a problem, as well. And this room, the bathroom light would not turn off. It was not a huge deal for me, so I dealt with it. Parking is extremely limited. It seen that only one side of the hotel had any parking whatsoever. The side doors that were supposed to only open with a key comma you could easily pull open. While the price point was very fair for the area, you will deal with these problems. My most important point was the clean room. Honestly, I was between giving it two stars and three stars and since the room was clean and the staff was friendly, I went up to three stars.

An hour and a half later it was still 75° in the room even though I said it to 65°. I called downstairs and they gave me some points back for that. The very next day they changed out the AC unit in the room and it works just fine now. The next issue is my TV was not working. I could not turn it off or on or change channels with the remote. I could not do the same thing with the actual TV buttons as well. So they fix that too. So since they were prompt and fixing things, the hotel is not too bad. The hotel is not too bad. Once I got here parking was pretty much taken up since some workers are parking their vehicles diagonally instead of straight in since they have trailers so parking was hard to find. Other than that, the room is nice. The bed is nice and comfortable as well. I do not like that. My King bedroom doesn't have the little freezer part since I stayed here a few days and wanted colder items. You have to request our own service or service towels because they don't do it every day. I would stay away from the bar and getting specialty type drinks. I ordered an old-fashioned and it was more like a no fashion. He simply put the whiskey in with a maraschino cherry and poured maraschino cherry juice in there and served it to me. I have been drinking these for decades now it's been the worst. Never again.
