I know it is hard to trust dentists these days but it was nice to know that that he just didn't do the thing that he would make the most money doing...he did the right thing. It is so nice to find a dentist that I can truly trust. I have now been going to him for a few years now and have had nothing but a great experience....and I know I am doing things that I need and not what is best for his pocketbook.

After an hours drive just to get there, I was informed by the staff that they do not offer anything besides some nitrous or a Valium. Despite their website clearly stating IV sedation. If this is true, stop advertising it on your website so you don't waste peoples valuable time. If you do offer it please inform your staff.

Dawn has 30+ years in that office and was sympathetic to my situation. This is a long post for those who have trauma or sensory issues - please read. I went to this office because I am an adult with trauma. I didn't go to the dentist until I was 11 and having my teeth cleaned took 4x due to swelling and cavities. It was horrific. Recently I had a crown at Aspen Dental after leaving a dentist in Griswold due to coverage changes and they said I had $12K of work to be done with cracked teeth that didn't show on xrays (later found out upon returning to Griswold Dentist). They did the first crown at Aspen and I had unexplainable trauma as I started to cry and felt a panic attack. I also had wisdom teeth out when I was 20 and they gave me a shot of novocaine to the roof of my pallet that I almost passed out as I suffer from sensory issues. Later, I found out later this is one of the main reasons women have trauma in a chair from sexual trauma and I was molested and raped when I was younger. So, I knew I needed to have potential laughing gas (nitrous oxide) and wanted a dentist that is emphatic and understood the situation. Dr. Tran had Ashley assist in the procedure and she was very nice and understood my needs. I brought earbuds and listened to music so I didn't hear them. Dr. Tran and I talked before about the complexities of my issues and she was so sympathetic and touched by what I shared - not making me feel bad for having hangups about my needs. During the procedure, she explained everything but I didn't want to know and said to just do it. She did not have to give me a shot to the roof of my mouth, nor did I need nitrous. I needed trust in knowing I was safe. I had a major abscess in that tooth and it's been 1 week out and I am thrilled to say I feel great. I would drive for hours to see her if needed. She's an incredible person....and an expert in her field. I can't say enough good things about this office. I have a child with sensory issues and know Parents are always looking for experts in field who can work with those that are sensitive - she and their office would be the ones that fit this need. When I entered her office, I knew I had a large abscess above one of the affected teeth. After using her special "CAT scan" machine, we found out I actually had 2 Abscesses and a fistula, which had formed from the infection. She very patiently discussed my options and benefits of attempting to retreat both teeth. We both agreed that the case would be challenging due to a broken file that had been left behind in my canal from the first procedure--and due to the fact that my root had a hook at the end of it that she would have to navigate. Well, Dr. Amaro did a wonderful job! I ended up having 2 appointments. She is gentle and very kind. I didn't have any pain or discomfort at either visit. The Novocain injections were painless. She was able to navigate around the broken file and my crooked root. She saved both of my teeth--and for that I will always be grateful. I highly recommend her for any of your endo needs!

This Endodontics company/operation is a crook shop. Needed emergency dental work and was told to…read morego to this DMD for the rush work. Jacob told me that he'd only accept cash, needed over $1,600 for the work up front before doing the work. I paid the cash as I was in massive pain. After the appointment I filed the apt. with my dental insurance, was informed this needed to be done by his office, over the next 8 months and many phone calls with Jacob's location my claim was finally filed. My dental insurance sent me a notice that roughly 70% of the charge was paid by them, I reached out again many times to Jacobs location to know when I'd be reimbursed, never receiving the money owed. I finally had to go into their office and confront the receptionist who then went and told Jacob. He 3 times looked around the corner at me while I waited for nearly an hour. Finally he paid me a personal check for the balance paid to his company for the work by my insurance company. Blatantly planned to not file this with my insurance and keep the money under the table to avoid paying taxes. He then planned/hoped to double dip and not pay me the money owed back to me after the insurance paid was was owed. Guy is a crook and tries to take advantage of people. Hope the IRS and other governing bodies takes a look into his shop.....

I went into his examination room told him that I was there for a root canal and who it was that had recommended him. It was done quickly and painlessly. A couple of weeks later I was in Texas when I started experiencing some pain in my lower jaw, I went to a local dentist in Frisco Texas, where I was advised by the dentist that examined me that I needed another root canal in the tooth right next to the one that had been treated earlier by Mr. Saidon. She also asked me if I knew that the earlier root canal had been filled with a temporary filling and not a permanent filling as is standard in such a procedure, I told her that I had not known that. She told me, that after she did the root canal on the new tooth, she would replace the temp filling with a permanent filling at no charge. Not only did Mr. Saidon do sub-standard work, I also believe he double charged me for his services. I did report what I felt was negligence by Mr. Saidon to the State Dental Board, and after nearly four months I was advised in writing that they had found nothing wrong. Frankly, it was a joke. It's difficult enough to find a good dentist in this area who will actually do dental work without handing you off to other dentists, and who won't rip you off when they find out you have insurance. I've actually started going out of state when I need dental work.

Dr. Perry is one of the most compassionate doctors in this field. She will explain everything to you and walk you through every step. I can't promise if you don't like needles that you will love this office. It's an unfortunate circumstance of the procedure. The staff is all very balanced and coordinated. I caught myself saying wow several times when the doctor and her assistant Sarah were going constantly back-and-forth with the different tools needed and very little discussion was necessary. In the end, it didn't look so good for my tooth, and she gave me some very real options to discuss with my dentist after she sends some great 3-D imaging to him with a detailed letter. She explained that we could do the procedure and it might last a year, or I might choose to have an extraction. She values her work, and she would expect that any work she does would last him a long time if it is to be done properly. My last procedure done in 2001 has given me no problems at all. I always have the option of going back and finishing my procedure if I choose, and I would not have to pay the full fee. This is an example of an A+ office.

He and his staff were very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable and he was able to put the prosthetic abutment on an implant that was initially started by another Oral Surgeon who was unable to remove the healing cap after an hour of working on me.
