They wouldnt even take 5 min to see if it was something simple. The owner walked right buy us knowing we purchased several new machines there and told us they we to busy. My questions about the proper presser feet to buy are answered graciously. And it is cool to see their "museum". I am just sad that I know longer work in Gretna because it's a little more difficult to stop by and spend my money. The last time I was there I got to see the new room were we can rent time on a machine or they can teach us how to use our new machines. I can't wait to go back.

You cannot cancel backordered orders for refund, you will only get credit. I attempted to cancel the backordered order within 24hours and had no exception or even consideration. I would not recommend using this store for replacement parts. Consider other sewing machine part stores if you want a better customer experience and reasonable cancellation/refund policies. When attempting to work with their team to resolve the issue, they not only were unwilling to understand my situation, but also just blamed me for not paying attention that the products were on backorder status, even though their website barely gives noticeable notice/warning, especially considering their policy on backordered orders.

I keep promising myself to stop buying fabric at each shop but they had so much Bonnie and Camille fabric I couldn't say no. I hope I find myself back in Omaha at some point so I can visit the wonderful people at Country Sampler again!
