They made this harder in that you have to create an account and plus sign up for their Credit Account. Obviously a credit check and so forth. You have to fill out so much paperwork. Paperwork in which Mike (Cat rep) sent to me in sections. Our request was sent with great credit and didn't get approved. A month waited process, plus our request sent will good credit, and finally the very slow customer service are reasons to go elsewhere.

Husband just went to pick up equipment. Drove all the way there to find out first off they quoted…read moreus a weekend rate that doesn't start for 3 more hrs... drove all the way there and now what? So now we have to pay an extra day charge. He asked the out the door price for everything and pick up. Rang up and oh sorry I forgot to include pick up charge. That was why we asked for the total including pick up before ring up! This rental LITERALLY doubled in price in a matter of minutes. We will not be using them again. They seem to have good equipment but horrible management. Very disappointed. Edit: to add... now the auger we asked for one that would go 6ft.... only goes down 4ft. So now this entire rental was for nothing! Very very unhappy.

It's nowhere nearly as painful as a paintball hitting you , which makes it amazing for kids! My kiddo was 5 when we did the activity and he was all about it - he didn't mind the gelly balls at all. This past weekend we celebrated our son's 6th birthday with Backyard Paintball Inspired LLC and it was the BEST experience in a long time! My son and all of the families had a great time! Michael was a pleasure to work with from our first contact, back in November, up to the party. He kept me in the loop on everything and was accommodating to the colder weather. He helped find a location to hold the party and really made everything simple. I always have a lot of questions, about EVERYTHING. He was always professional, kind, and responded quickly to my inquiries. I will definitely be booking another party with him before we move out of the area! We felt so comfortable with him. He listened to our concerns/ gave us ideas that were the best. On the day of the wedding, he showed up promptly, and worked his hardest to make our day so special. He brought glow sticks, maracas, and the fun. My whole wedding was up dancing and laughing the night away. I love to sing, and during one particular song, he gave me the mic and allowed me to sing and rap! It was great. We also got a photo booth with Y-it entertainment. The photo booth was AMAZING!!! The photo quality and print copy blew away our expectations. He also included props that everyone loved. The best thing was the video Wyatt provide for us. We had no idea he was filming our wedding.
