Returned my vehicle that was in for a complete paint job with its doors literally running into the door jams when they are closed, scratching the new paint and metal and rusting instantly even after bringing it back to him to fix his mistakes for a second time. He returned my truck with dirt all throughout the paint, runs, spots that didn't receive enough paint, scratches in the paint, horribly wavy panels from lack of blocking, fish eyes all over dash, bolts never tightened all around my truck to fall out while driving, holes in my bed he made and never fixed, overspray out the wazoo everywhere, LMC truck tailgate kit that he couldn't figure out how to install and handed back to me not working as it should for my tailgate to open while I was driving to scratch the new paint. The list goes on and on. Worst part is he will try and make his problems he created the customers problem. This man has horrible anger issues, fully lashed out on me when it came time to confront him and hold him accountable for the horrendous job he did. To top it off - Bill is an extremely racist human and refers to poor quality work with racial slurs. Deserves zero stars and no business. I hope no one goes through the bull**** I have dealt with choosing to trust him with my vehicle. I am still cleaning up the mess he made over a year later which has been a very expensive and exhausting road fixing everything he touched.

I spent years searching for an auto mechanic who is competent, honest and reasonably priced. I…read morefinally found it at Auto Works LLC. My relationship began a few years ago when the A/C on my Mitsubishi quit. The dealer mechanic at Masano Mitsubishi told me the evaporator coil was leaking and would require replacement at a cost of around $2,300. I asked if they were sure that was the problem and they told me they were absolutely 100% certain that the evaporator coil was bad. I was just about to tell them to proceed when I thought, "why not see if someone can do the job cheaper?" A friend recommended Auto Works. Over the phone, they said they'd do the job for a little more than half the price. Sounded good to me so I dropped off the Mitsu at Auto Works. Now here's where it gets good. A day later the mechanic at Auto Works calls me and says "Greg, I don't think your evaporator coil is bad at all. I think it's just the compressor clutch." That sounded interesting. A compressor is a lot cheaper. But it gets even better. He said "I don't think we need to replace it, I think I can adjust it." Most shops these days don't bother trying to adjust; they just want to replace parts. Not here. Cutting to the chase, he adjusted the clutch, and charged me about $20 total. The A/C on that car worked flawlessly for the next 3 years until I traded the vehicle in. And that's how they made a friend for life. Since then, I've had all my vehicles serviced and repaired here. The quality of service and integrity is always top notch. Their mailing address says Birdsboro, but most of us would say they're in Stonersville, on Rt. 562 about half way between the Stonersville Hotel and the spooky pet cemetery. Look for the small sign on the south side of the road. The garage is up the driveway behind a house. The shop is quite large and they also do body and paint repair in addition to mechanical work. At first glance, this is the type of place that you might not go to without a recommendation. But now you have my recommendation. So check it out.
