So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! I was advised the services would take 3 hours. I woke up early on a Saturday very exited and eager to have my services . Since I was advised the services would only take 3 hours, I called at 11:30am to get a time estimate for pickup. Only to be disappointed with a response from Ian that my car just went back at 11:30 am. 3 hours from then I stopped pass the shop due to me being in the area, and my car was infact in the same spot where I parked at 8:30am. Ian was rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing he condesenly asked "well do you need your car? You will get a text when it's ready". I got a text at 5:12pm indicating my car would be ready for pickup at 5:40pm. When I arrived, instead of saying sorry for the delay. I was greated when a snarky comment "Better late than never", as if that wasn't unprofessional enough, I was then charged a higher price than I was originally quoted. Even though I have a written quote via text, Ian still fast talked and charged me a higher price. A price that I wouldn't of agreed upon had I known the day I made my appointment. Ian came off very condescending, arrogant, rude, and aggressive. He made this experience horrible for me. After the dealer quoted me a ridiculous price, I knew I'd have to look for an independent shop. With a high end car, I needed a shop I could trust so I asked some friends for recommendations. I'm so happy I found Lunar FX - they're local to me, responded quickly to FB messages and through text and the car looks great. The price was very reasonable (less than 1/2 the dealer!) for ceramic film, which will help keep the car cool this summer. They also offered a warranty, included in the price (very important - with a car like this I want to keep it looking perfect). The work was completed quickly, the car was returned to me clean and ready to drive. The film looks great and now I'm ready to enjoy driving this car all summer! We'll be bringing our other cars in for ceramic tint as well!

brought my 2023 ram 3500 in to have the two front windows and the upper windshield tint strip…read moreinstalled . the front tow windows came out alright but they couldn't cut the windshield strip to come straight across my windshield they cut it so it went from 6" on the side to about 3"in the middle of the window which is useless for block out sunlight. I asked why they couldn't do it and the guy explained it was because of the curvature of the window which is completely wrong.. I showed him pictures of my other truck with the windshield tint the correct way and he just ignored it. so I told him to remove it and I would have it done back home in Pennsylvania which I did . and the guy here had 0% problems with making it look great. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Blackout tinting. and I also shared an article about how to properly cut and install it on a truck to which I got no response .
