Over the years, we have traveled thousands of miles with Cooper Global and have generally found their drivers to be professional, courteous, punctual, and committed to getting our groups to their destinations safely. The buses have been comfortable, reliable, and well-suited for long-distance travel. We have also been fortunate to avoid major mechanical breakdowns or disruptions during our trips unlike the experiences we have had a few times with other bus companies. Another reason we have continued doing business with Cooper Global for so many years is their customer service. On the few occasions where challenges or concerns arose, management was accessible, responsive, and willing to work toward a resolution. That level of responsiveness is important when coordinating transportation for large groups of students and families. I would like to publicly state that the other review I am seeing below about Miss MK our driver must be absolutely false! I have been traveling with students for at least 16 years and Miss MK provided the BEST experience I have ever had with a driver! She gave appropriate guidelines for the bus, she was always professional around the students, she was on time, and also very easy to work with when changes needed to be made from the original itinerary. If you're ever assigned Marquetta/MK, avoid driver at all cost! I've organized group travel since 2002 and have been a loyal Cooper Global (CG) client since 2017/18, spending approx. $40-$50k yearly with GC so I've had my fair share of drivers, and thankfully NONE like this one! For years, we've entrusted CG for countless group trips, which makes this review especially hard to write. Luckily, we've had positive or at least decent drivers for the vast majority of our CG trips (and other bus companies' drivers), but, by far this was the absolute WORST driver experience in my 24 yrs of conducting bus trips. I recently led an out of state 3-day trip with 49 passengers (mostly minors) and had the misfortunate of being assigned MK. From start to finish, she was hostile, dismissive, had negative/toxic attitude/energy towards me and others on the trip. The worst part was that towards the end of the trip, her actions spiraled down into very hostile words towards me in front of my child, which I had to escalate to authorities. Basic communication was met with aggression, rude responses, silence, or visible annoyance. As the trip progressed, the environment became increasingly hostile to the point that others (including myself) were hesitant to say anything to her due to fear of provoking angry outbursts or a bad disposition. It was constant drama with this driver, including (but not limited to): A very abrasive intro before starting the trip that included her telling the group to avoid their natural bodily functions when using the bus restroom (that she flat out refused to dump the entire 3 days which resulted in an unbearable odor in the bus). Refueled the bus with folks on onboard. Repeatedly vaped in and around the bus, including near fuel pumps and around minors. Purposely blocked the wet bus aisle with her large bag, creating a tripping hazard, then showed terrifying behavior when a staff member kindly asked her to move the bag, which she angrily snatched off the floor and hurriedly slammed it down hard on the dash top in an intimidating manner. Failed to properly clean the bus despite claims otherwise. Provided untruths to GC about her hotel room, thus it impacted my ability to supervise the minors on the trip because I had to spend an exorbitant amount of time speaking with GC reps instead of dining with my group. Failed to follow the printed itinerary, causing my group to miss a significant portion of an important event they waited months to attend. She became hostile towards me simply because I wouldn't exit the bus (I paid $6k for) while my group partook in a college tour. I've done this same trip many times over and typically, I'd always stay on the bus to finish my admin work with absolutely no problem from drivers, but she was highly offended that I wouldn't yield to her demand to get off the bus because she stated, she needed a break from us. Because I refused to exit, she became hostile towards me (in front of my child) while I remained seated on the bus. Her very aggressive interaction escalated to the point that I genuinely feared for my/our life, and our safety thus it was escalated to authorities. No customer should ever be subjected to such unprovoked hostility, aggression, unprofessionalism or be made to feel mentally, emotionally & physically unsafe for paid services. I contacted the GC president about the egregious situation since reg managers were unresponsive. To his credit, he acknowledged the seriousness of the situation but also shared that due to her being a contract driver, he was limited. Thankfully, he did provide an agreeable resolution to resolve the matter. Based on the egregious experience with that driver, I'd vet drivers beforehand and read driver reviews cuz the driver can create heaven or hell. Since she contracts with other bus companies, be aware! There are too many good drivers out there to be stuck with this one! No one should have to be subjected to such an appalling experience let alone pay for it! Consider this as your "buyer beware" warning. read more

We booked this company for an airport drop off. Our driver, Antonio was outstanding! He was kind and very helpful. He picked us up at the airport after our trip and our luggage was heavy. He let us know that he was on site and kindly helped with our very heavy bags. He was personable and warm and made our ride home ride relaxing as we had been flying all day from Portugal. What a fancy ride back to the airport! I used a company fleet vehicle to get around in Atlanta while on my business trip. This, though presented a problem, how do I get back to the airport? My company decided to order a car service for me to the airport from Cooper Global Chauffeured Transportation. I was picked up at the entrance of my company and whisked away in a Lincoln Towncar MKT. The driver was courteous, kind, helpful (helped me put my heavy bags in the vehicle), and also funny. The long trip through traffic was eased because of how comfortable and luxurious the car was, as well as the drivers pleasant conversation. Once we got to the airport, the driver got my bags out of the vehicle and off I went on my flights back home. Great experience! I wish I could ride in style like this all the time! read more

Cooper-Atlanta is awesome. The staff is so professional, from the first phone call to a follow-up "thank you" postcard. (I know, who sends postcards anymore?) I had a great experience. I flew into ATL from San Francisco and my driver met me (and my baby) at arrivals. He already knew where my baggage would be coming out. He got my stuff into the car, helped me install the car seat, and was very pleasant and friendly on our long drive up north. I coordinated a 5-day conference for a group of 30+ people that consisted of 17 rides from suvs and buses with Jessica of Cooper Global. She was a top notch professional who took great care of our conference participants and always responded to all of my questions and requests whether it was late in the night or early morning. I appreciate having this level of attention when trying to execute on a conference that is not on my home turf. Jessica made helpful suggestions and delivered a quality service that fit our budget. I booked Cooper Limo for our send off from our wedding reception. We bought their send off package or whatever they called it. Basically, the deal was for 2 hours and they were to arrive at 10:45 (15 min early) in a Town Car decorated with just married flags and roll out a red carpet. We would run through sparklers and the driver would take us approximately 2 miles to our hotel at the W midtown. Part 1The Arrival: 10:45 rolls around and Cooper isn't there. We have a hard out at our venue at 11:00. 11:00 and Cooper still hasn't arrived, so we have a mock send off with sparklers and all. 11:10 call a cab because guests have started leaving and we are still standing around. 11:15 Cooper rolls up without flags, red carpet, etc.. Of course I'm angry, I ask the driver what happened? He said he was notified at 10:45 that he needed to pick us up. No apology was given. Part 2 The Long Ride: 11:20 the Driver asks where he is supposed to take us. Response: W Hotel Midtown just 2 blocks away and we can give directions. 11:25 Driver doesn't need directions and heads the opposite way towards downtown. 11:45 Downtown on MLK Blvd I tell the driver he has gone the wrong way. 11:50 pulls into a gas station and asks if I want to get out. Yes but not here in this neighborhood. 11:55 Driver talks to dispatcher or whoever. Now he knows where he is going. 12:05 Driver gets on 85N misses the 10/14th St exit and starts heading to W in Buckhead not midtown. 12:15. We reiterate he has gone the wrong direction. 12:20 Driver pulls off exit on 17th St and lets us out on the side of the road. After getting some honks strange stares from people, someone finally called us a cab to come and pick us up. I didn't have my cellphone because I didn't think it was necessary. At the time, my new bride and I were pretty devistated that a wonderful night was capped of in this way. However, looking back its pretty funny. I would advise anyone that reads this to think twice before booking their wedding transportation with Cooper. read more

Not very satisfied with their customer service. We wanted to work with Cooper for our wedding this past October but they refused to work within our budget/schedule (we needed to split time so guests could get to the venue in the early afternoon and then get back to the hotel at the end of the night). Instead we got a lecture from Kim Butler about how much he knows about the business and how we won't find a reputable company that will split time for us. Well guess what? We did! and at HALF the price! So thanks for the advice, I'm sure your company is great, but please don't lecture your clients because there are other cheaper companies out there that still manage to be reputable and reliable. read more

Cooper Global transportation service is absolutely awful. If I could give no starts I would. Their drivers are unprofessional, not timely and they do not try to mediate when you call customer service at all. I have had a pick up service for the Shuttle Bus at 5:30 pm and they did not arrive until 6:45 pm, this was not a one time occurrence. During the duration of the contract they were never on time. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend Cooper Global to anyone there are better, more professional transportation services . read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED MORE THAN YOU WERE ORIGINALLY QUOTED!!! Actually I would give this company zero stars but that is not an option. I ordered a car service by phone in April to take me from a family member's home to the Atlanta airport. I was provided a quote that included the rate, tax and tip which was also sent to me in writing via email for the amount of $111.04. The day I was scheduled to be picked up, I received a text from the company stating my driver was on his way for my 3pm pick up. At 3:00pm no call or text. At 3:05pm no call or text. At 3:10pm no call or text from the company or my driver. I went outside and was in the process of calling the company when I saw a car parked in the driveway. The driver did not get out of his car. When he rolled down his window I asked why he didn't text me, call me or knock on the door to let me know he had arrived. He replied with a smile and said nothing. The driver never got out of his car to greet me or to help place my bags in the car. Once in the car, the driver said he actually arrived at 2:40pm for my 3pm pick up, but never bothered to let me know. When I asked him again why he didn't notify me that he had arrived, he said nothing. The reason I am writing this review in June rather than April is because I needed to wait for my credit card company to investigate my complaint that Cooper Global overcharged my credit card $62.00. I called Cooper Global to dispute the overcharge and to also report the unprofessionalism I experienced from their driver. She could not tell me why I was overcharged but said I owed more than the original quote. When I told her I had the receipt stating otherwise, she said she would contact the company's accounting department and call me back that same day. I never received a call back. I immediately called my credit card company to explain what had happened and to dispute the charge. My credit card company removed the charge. After multiple attempts by my credit card company, Cooper Global never responded back. read more
