Paid in full in early July as they were coming to install. After several trips here and 3 different subcontractors including a trip where the subcontractor showed up and asked us where the fencing materials were! Which then led to Walpole finally calling me to only find out that materials were stolen by the last sub! Finally, the fence was completed mid October! Oh during installation they cut through our irrigation line. Another $190 to get that fixed. We have been promised payment for the $190 and some $$ back for all the problems. NOTHING! Fence is nice but the trouble not worth it! Walpole is incompetent! Stay away!

His communication was excellent (texts, phone calls, on the ground) and he was able to buy my materials at a great price before he could do the work while we waited for the ground to thaw!! They promise a good rate and will give a "ball park" cost, but it's always more once done. You won't get an invoice or receipt. Owner prefers cash only, even for large amounts. Workers are nice enough but some tools went missing on the job. Worst part are the promises made to commit to work and the just not show. Excuses are "I'm too busy now and it's too far". Wasn't to busy and it wasn't too far when you put in writing you could complete the jobs!
