They could not find any savings for my taxes. CPA was offering free tax review on some BS seminar. I did not file taxes with them. They keep sending me invoices. It's a crooked predatory firm. Fake! read more

Trusting Cooper Norman was the biggest mistake we've ever made. They were trusted to book opening balance sheet entries for acquisitions, remit international wire payments, and keep the books for our inventory based company. The opening entries were off by millions of dollars, they repeatedly sent hundreds of thousands of dollars to incorrect vendor accounts, and misstated inventory balances by upwards of 60% in some of our entities. Steer clear of this company if you are accrual basis. There is no oversight from management/partners and their team is clearly too overwhelmed to effectively manage their assignments. read more

Established in 1954.

Since our founding by E. LeGrande Nelson in 1954, Cooper Norman has grown to become the #1 public accounting firm in reputation for quality service and innovative planning ideas. The Firm has operated under the names of Nelson Beckstead & Waldron; Severn Ripley Doorn & Co.; Beckstead Cooper Co. and Cooper Norman Jirovec. The Firm was associated with Deloitte Haskins & Sells from 1975-1978. The Firm had an office in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1981-1986. In 1988, the Firm opened an office in Idaho Falls by acquiring the public accounting practice of Ferguson Rooks Williams & Co., CPA's. The Idaho Falls practice is one of the oldest in Eastern Idaho dating back to its founding in 1946. In October of 2013 Cooper Norman expanded with an office in Pocatello and another office opened up in Rexburg, Idaho in the summer of 2017.
