LOVE Cooper Orthodontics! The Doctors and Staff are all so kind. Very professional, efficient, clean, and quick appts. Usually wait less than 5 mins to get in for our appt time. And they have a rewards system for the patient to earn gifts cards. read more

I didn't realized that you will get treated with random orthodontists everytime you have an adjustments. I am not really fully satisfied with the results. I noticed that in the first year it was slow and did not do much. All the staff are nice though. I was not just too happy with the end result. The last doctor that i seen i forgot his name said that i only paid for 24 months. It's like saying that they do the rest of the treatment free. I just feel that they didn't manage the time of the treatment very well. Seen random doctors throughout my treatment. read more

just now Cooper Orthodontics is great! I'm a very very specific person and even though perfection is never guaranteed Dr Cooper did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied! The office staff were always amazing. I loved having braces and my experience here so much I wish I could do it all over again read more

Everyone here is so nice, accommodating, and helpful. I was in school in Tallahassee for the entire time I was in braces and they worked around my class schedule because of that and made sure to have me out of braces by the time graduation rolled around. I don't think I could have chosen a better orthodontist. I'd highly recommend them to anyone! read more

Dr. Andrew Cooper and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even though going to their office was not so close to where we live in Highland Beach, I can say that it was worth driving to his office. The Royal Palm Beach office has amazing lake views. Enjoy the serene park landscape while you get your work done! Not only am I getting the Invisalign, but now my husband is a client and our son will be a client soon. Requested an appointment online. A week later nobody contacted me. I then emailed them and got a call. I was advised I needed to talk to the insurance person as I have dental insurance. They collected my info and advised I would get a call back. Surprise surprise nobody ever called me. Two weeks and a complete waste of time. Do yourself a favor and find a place that actually cares about patients or potential patients. read more

I went to several consultations from Weston to West Palm Beach and hadn't met more qualified, trusting and friendly orthodontist's than the Cooper brothers. Incredibly elated with the results of my braces and would recommend them to all of my friends and family!!! read more

Thankfully the consultation then worked and he stopped! Then around 10 years old, our dentist recommended we see an ortho because of the crowding. We of course went back to Dr. Bass who did x-rays. He said there was cause for concern but said we could wait 6 months to track progress and see if they would naturally separate. I was thankful he wasn't just trying to 'sell me something' and wanted to give his body as much time as possible to self correct. At the next appointment we did x-rays again and saw little to no progress in the spacing where it was needed. So we decided to move forward with the braces. They've been on for 6 months or so now, and it's been going great! He always looks forward to his appointments, and most of all he loves and looks up to Dr. Bass. Thank you so much to everyone on the Family Orthodontics team!!!

Amazing place! Everyone is very attentive and makes you feel special. They are very accommodating when it comes to emergencies which I experienced first hand. Never had to wait more then 10-15 minutes to be seen. I have been shopping around before I chose Cooper Orthodontics, and I was very impressed with the way my son's initial visit went. I am getting ready for my second son's braces within next year or so, and Cooper Orthodontics is our place of choice. I have recommended this place to 6 different people, and they are all very satisfied. Again, it was one of the best decisions I have made concerning my child and his wellbeing. Money very well spent. Love this ENTIRE group. They have stuck by my side in the most awful of times for me and assured me that my kids would not suffer for it. They are angels in an Orthodontist setting. From Sandy to Candace and all the other amazing staff. I wouldn't only just trust them with my children's teeth, but with there hearts as well. This office goes ABOVE and beyond the call of duty.
