I was really angry at the NJIN. They made a lot of mistakes on my MRI Report and refused to send it…read moreto my Dr, BUT this site rectified those mistakes as fast as they could. The thing you need to pay attention to is the information you both previously input (from prior visits) and currently are inputting (for new appointments). If you don't have all of your documents ready they will auto fill with your previous information, including Dr information. The general NJIN call center strung myself and my Dr's office around for a week. Thankfully I filled out a Haddon Heights direct survey and explained my issue. The next day Haddon Heights had both fixed their error but also faxed it to where it needed to go. SO if you have to use NJIN go to Haddon Heights

I…read morewent here before but this time Jan who did the test was very nice and explained what was happening. She provided pillows to make me comfortable during the test. They do have a tv. I tried to look at it but you can't hear it cause of the tapping from the test. They do provide ear plugs and tv has closed caption on the screen for you to read it. You have to take your eye glasses off for the test, therefore you can't see. Jan was the best and she tells you how long each MRI picture was going to take.

Had them reschedule me for their Pennsauken office for the next day. Went next day, they took me even though they claimed the appt was made for day before! Receptionist in Penn's said yes she could take my email and send results to me. Three weeks later I had to call and was told they couldn't email but would mail. Do not trust walk in.
