But these folks are in a different class. They were extremely professional, while also friendly, informative, and skilled at diagnosing and fixing the problems quickly. I signed up for the VIP furnace and AC maintenance plan without batting an eye. I know it'll pay for itself in the long run by extending the life of my "mature" HVAC system. Their furnace maintenance was thorough, and the receipt included a detailed rundown of system pressures they took. They explained that these readings will be used as a baseline for comparison next year. They informed me about basic maintenance I can do. I'm curious about this stuff and like to learn, so I can do as much of it myself as possible.They even put easy instructions for annual water heater draining right on the unit. I have confidence in their integrity, that they will only suggest maintenance or repairs that are actually needed. Also, Leann went to bat for me when I ran into a snaffoo with my home warranty company, when they ordered the new water heater from Texas rather than getting one locally. Leann made extra calls to iron things out, got authorization to order a unit locally, and we had hot water pronto. Lawrence, thanks for your commitment to excellent service. This level of quality starts at the top. And thanks to your awesome staff for taking such pride in their work, and good care of me and my old house. We originally had Connell Plumbing & Heating Inc. install a complete heating and AC system in a…read morehouse we bought 20 years ago. Over the years Kevin has been the guy we called. A couple years ago while we were on vacation and our daughter was watching our house the AC went out. We called Kevin and he said it appeared that lightning had struck it and wrote up the report for our insurance company to have it replaced (this will come up again later). Last year our AC unit went out (understand that my daughter was in the hospital in KC with cancer so my mind was on her not the AC or the bill) and they came out and after about $1200 in repairs we had AC. In the fall of last year when we turned on the heater it didn't work now so we called and they came out and after couple hundred more and it was working again. This spring the AC unit wouldn't work AGAIN so a couple more hundred dollars into it. Guess what, this fall the heater didn't work so we called Connell. Kevin said he was done with us and wouldn't even come and look at the unit to see what the problem was. He said your unit is old and needs to be replaced and it probably all stems from the lightning strike a couple years ago (wait if it is all based on that why didn't you write it up with the outside unit so we could claim the whole unit at once). He said he wasn't interest in coming and looking at it and was "washing his hands" of our unit. He also said he wouldn't warrantee his work or the parts he replaced. I was referred to Cross Country Air by some friend (I will write a review of him also) and he came out and took care of our problem. I would not recommend anyone use Connell Plumbing & Heating Inc., I think he is incompetent and all he did was change parts, I don't believe he was able to truly trouble shoot the problem.

The product works as advertised. The Air Scrubber eliminated odors and within 1 to 2 weeks there was a noticeable decrease in the amount of dust in the house. We have a large golden retriever dog and any odor indicating the dog was inside was gone. As for the laundry scrubber, we were impressed. It is difficult to believe laundry can be cleaned without detergent. The Laundry Scrubber has no problem keeping up with our family of four, including two young boys who are budding athletes. Aside from major stains, which would require pretreatment, we have no issue. Clothes are clean and fresh and any pre-existing odors were gone. The washer stays clean and the musty scent which accompanies front load washers has been greatly reduced. Due to using only cold water washing is a one step process; our 10 year old can do it.
