The technician was very diligent about cleaning out the unit after a season of hard winter use which resulted in lime and dirt buildup that obviously caked on in the following spring/summer/fall seasons. It took a bit to get it back on line but he managed to do it for another season of use. I greatly appreciated his diligence and how he managed to get it up and running since it was not a mere replacement of a cartridge as many are these days. I will certainly continue to call on Thermal Comfort Air in the future.....
