They said "there's only one doctor and no openings for the rest of the day" So tell me why they couldn't make the time in their day to do surgery on my baby boy, is it because I didn't have $1,400 right then? Well I had it when I came and picked him up. We were there from 11 in the morning to around 3 in the afternoon, they kept him there on some medicine until 5:45. In the next hour of my baby boy leaving, he passed away... after spending 630$ on the bill just for him to pass away.

Got him in promptly and did the exam on my boy and not the answers I wanted thinking it was pink eye but in fact a stroke. Me waterworks going the vet was nice an attentive but was straight and honest and relieved me that he wasn't in pain. The staff is amazing and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them for any sudden or abrupt things that happen with your pets. I want to say thank you for y'all for being so kind and honest with me and with Bonzo.

That is NOT the case here. They do not have a doctor there to service walk ins, even though the doors are open and it's clearly labeled an animal hospital. Strange, right? I was greeted by a very rude lady with dark curly hair at the desk. She told me to go somewhere else because she was the only staff there and just a tech and they just did shots. They don't have a doctor. I told her their online presence is very misleading. She said I should've called ahead. Tell me why I have to call ahead to verify an animal hospital has a doctor? That's like calling a human hospital to verify they have a doctor or if it's just receptionist running the place. Make it make some sort of sense. If this place is just a shots clinic, then the online presence and the name need to accurately reflect that. What is out there currently is considered false advertising. Please correct this so no one else will waste their time like I did.

My kitten is ok now, but I don't think this vet is very sanitary. I watched him stick a thermometer into the kitten's rectum and then toss it back into a jar without cleaning it. We also spotted fleas after going there. We didn't have them before. Luckily, they went away after one treatment. Also the vet was handling the cat with blood on his bare hands. When the kittens infection was so bad it burst we had to take him to an emergency vet. That cost about $2,000.00.

Recently my 15 yr old Yorkie stopped eating on a Friday, took her to Dr and he said she had an infection. Gave her antibiotic, by Sunday night she passed in my arms. I'm trying to sway to the side she was old and it was her time. I will never know. I also had her cremated at Pet Cremation Services in Heber Springs/Little Rock.(they are great people to deal with)
