The Ford Company put a extended 10 year warranty on the power steering cause they knew they had an issue. The power steering completely went out (in year 11) and now Reineke Tiffin Ford wants to fix it for $2,650. If they would of did the right thing 3 yrs ago it was covered under extended warranty. No interest in trying to ensure their customer is satisfied by properly repairing the vehicle in a timely fashion. I was laughed at when I called to inform them my vehicle was not working after picking it up the day before. This place is a joke. Do not take your vehicle there. If you do, it will take five days to "get it fixed" if they can even do that.

Even though it turned off for over half an hour, we decided to play it safe and turned back for about 20 minutes to reach a nearby auto shop. They told us we'd have to wait two to three hours to be seen. I called another place, but they had closed over a year ago. Then my sibling found Cooper Services on Google. I called them, explained the situation, and they said they could help us right away. When we arrived, I gave them my information and keys, and they started working on the car immediately. They found a large bolt stuck in my tire and put on a high-quality patch that should last for two years. They explained what kind of patch they used and how they fixed it (with a demonstration). The staff was so kind and understanding, and thanks to them, we got home much earlier than expected. They made both my twin and me feel at ease, and my family too. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their community. I wish I lived closer, because I'd always go to them for car issues. The whole repair cost less than $40. We were driving through Sandusky to get to Chicago when we experienced issues with our vehicle. Me,…read morebeing paranoid as usual, decided to pull of and find an automotive place to check out our car before we committed to the 5+ hours drive. After circling around the area, we stumbled upon Carlton's Service hoping for assistance. We spoke to a man named Paul who directed us to Rall's. We thank him very much to this day for sending us to Rall's--he even called to make sure we found the place. Rall's checked out our car politely and urgently. After realizing we might have a transmission issue, one of the mechanics came in and thoroughly explained the issue. Transmissions are a pain; a very expensive one. He explained that he could flush our systems but it may not make it better, in fact it could further damage the vehicle. He said he did not feel comfortable doing work to our car that he couldn't exactly pin point. They didn't even charge us for inspecting our car. Absolutely amazing men and service! I've never met more honest and genuine mechanics!
