Very helpful and easy process. No hidden fees and very nice folks in there. Will be going back for more trailers.

I called them spoke to RJH and was told to send pics. I did as they instructed and sent a picture of the odd ball tire. this was on friday 3/20/2026. RJH texted me saying he would be in contact with me at the beginning of the next week. He never contacted me so I texted him on Wednesday 3/25/2026 to ask him what was going on. Below is the text conversation we had. Bryan let me look into this and I will be in touch with you first of next week. RJH What did you decide? Bryan, the tire currently on the trailer is the correct size and load range. Your concern is primarily about the appearance, not the tire's function. I understand you want all the tread to match, but during our conversation, you mentioned that the reason for replacing the tires was due to a mismatch. I recall that when you dropped off the trailer, your main concern was upgrading the load range from 10-ply to 14-ply. Additionally, I remember you returning after dropping off the trailer, and I discounted the wheel/tire combo to match the original quote for just the tires, that was part of a sales deal quote. If you're willing to meet me halfway and cover the labor costs, I can order a replacement tire with the desired tread pattern for your trailer. The total out-of-pocket cost would be $40.00. Please let me know what you decide, and we'll go from there. RJH The total cost for me will be much higher than $40.00. It will be a 100 mile drive round trip for me and the price of diesel fuel is high. If you take your car or truck into a dealer and ask for a set of new tires would you expect them to mount mix matched tired on your vehicle? If they tell you "its okay they are the same size" would you be okay with that? Bryan, this is a trailer not a car/truck. The tire is the correct size and load range. Clearly you came all the way to us because of price and availability. The price of fuel has nothing to do with the services we provide. This is what I am willing to do. I will not bicker back and forth. It is completely up to you on what you decide. Acceptable Compromise: If you must mix brands, ensure the size and load rating (e.g., Load Range D) are identical, as mismatched diameters can be dangerous. I'm not bickering just stating facts. To clarify you were the only dealer i checked pricing on.

Frustrating sure, but the assistance from Chris the sales manager, Charles the service Advisor, and Mark the tow driver has been very helpful and relieving. I scheduled a tow for Thursday from my house to Dell's about a week ago. I called on the Thursday of the tow to verify service, im glad i did. There was a miscommunication on the date. David, who answered my call, mentioned that they had me down for Tuesday. He said "since they didnt hear from me" they just carried on with their business. No call on Tuesday from Dell's to verify the tow. This was disappointing to hear, i would have appreciated a courteousy call to check in on my service. Mark was a real hero today! He made it out just in time to grab my new-to-me bike and get it to the shop for a diagnostic. Thanks again Joe, Chris, Charles, and Mark for helping me out when i needed it! We're on the edge of spring and im excited to get back to riding!

I bought my very first motorcycle here more than 10 years ago at their original location and had a…read moredecent experience. They have good pricing and a wide selection of motorcycles. Their salesmen arent pushy and, rarer still, offer a test ride of the motorcycle before purchase (on used bikes at least). Found a nice motorcycle on their site at a great price and decided to trade up. Took out a local loan so I didn't have to deal with having to apply at the dealership. I researched the range of what my bike was worth and called them ahead to set an appointment to evaluate my trade and set my purchase in motion. Came in and was never greeted by the salesperson I spoke to over the phone. They paired me with a guy who didn't even offer his name but asked me to bring the bike around back to get my trade estimate. 20 minutes and some change later they give me a lowball offer on my bike. I was a little insulted at first, but after some introspection on my trade and the price they were offering on the new bike I wanted I decided it was worth it so long as they were willing to haggle. Thankfully we were able to reach a compromise and I was looking forward to taking the bike home. Here's when things went a little south. I had to return to the dealership to complete the purchase about a week later (no fault of theirs, just couldn't complete the purchase on the original day I came in due to time constraints). I told them I ahead of time i was going to arrive in the morning days and also just hours before I had planned to head back out to them. I arrived and was greeted by a service guy who complimented my original bike. Went into the sales room and wandered around looking at the other bikes waiting for someone to help me. 30 minutes later and no one even offered me a "good morning". I found my bike had been set aside apart from the other bikes and marked "sold", temp plates already attached. Texted the sales guy I originally spoke to over the phone but never got a reply. it wasn't until a manager saw me wander by his office that he called me over while he was finishing up another client, and asked me to wait so he could help me next. In the meantime he assigned me yet another salesperson who gathered my paperwork so we could finalize everything. He had my paperwork ready to go in about 5 minutes, but I had to wait another hour until a different manager called me into his office to sign all the paperwork. The original manager had taken in 2 additional clients before he even remembered me. The second manager prepped the final paperwork, I signed them, handed them over the title of my trade, and after a quick handshake was told "congratulations" and handed a "spare key" along with the paperwork I needed to submit to DMV. I asked if they were going to give me the first set of keys and if someone was going to wheel out my bike (it was by other bikes and I did t want to chance it). He said the original keys should be with the bike, and waved me off. I then waited yet another hour until the service guy I had spoken with when I first showed up happened to walk by and asked what bike I ended up buying. I pointed out my new bike and asked if he could get someone to help me roll it out of the showroom floor. He asked who my salesman was, and I told him but added that I didnt even MEET the guy. He was nice enough to roll the bike out for me through the service department so I could finally take it home. I never got the first set of keys, any of the bike's owners documentation, or my original license plates back. Never talked to my original salesperson or manager outside of setting the appointments to look at my trade. Never got a followup call regarding anything on the deal. Oh and they "forgot" to mention that I would need to pay a credit card fee because they took my debit card info to hold the bike. I offered to bring them a check and would take the bike when the funds cleared, but they insisted I just use my debit card. That was additional $200 on the price of the bike (which they ended up halving because I complained about it) I get it, the bike I bought was on clearance and they wanted to move other inventory since all I had left to do was leave them my trade and finish paying for the bike, but they made me feel like total trash after everything was concluded. What should've been a positive experience was soured by all the neglect. Oh and after I got the bike home I removed the rear rack that they were touting was an added benefit to the bike. They put Dell's Powersports on the plastic on the bike's tail. Normally it's an easy fix removing it, but the tailpiece was marred with scratches and some of the fastening screws were missing. Shop Dell's for the price and nothing else. it's more rewarding and a better experience just buying online and having it dropped off at your door. Ive had better experiences just window shopping at other dealerships

We bought a Grand Design Solitude 344 GK-R last year and have been so impressed with this place…read more They have never once failed to go above and beyond for us. The sales experience was a once in a lifetime deal with Steve Bloss and the service after the sale has been above and beyond. Lisa Kent has gone out of her way to help us repeatedly. I can't say enough good things about her. She is an asset that they couldn't do without. If Barry Lawson reads these I hope he passes onto Lisa what we have said. She has helped us when we were at our wit's end and made ownership of this trailer a real pleasure even when it had to be in the shop. Donnie Simpson has also been a fount of information for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Lifestyle RV to any of my friends, or family. They have gone way out of their way for us. If I were to ever buy another RV this would be the first place I would shop...probably the only place. Incidentally, Grand Design Customer Service has really come through for us with their suppliers when they didn't want to stand up for us and replace defective equipment. I don't think you'll ever beat this business, or the products they sell. I'm very pro Lifestyle RV and Grand Design.

‍ ugh, this is upsetting but we are very disappointed in how they do business. My husband and I…read moretravel with our Travel Trailer. We were home after a long stent in Nevada for my husbands work. We had a water leak in the back of the camper. We specifically wanted to get this fixed so, since we had time we scheduled an appointment. Along with other things like lights, electrical, outside kitchen and grey pipe needed some maintenance. They assess and say it totaled (the floor is damaged due to the water leak) we should get a new one... No, we don't want to do that. We have extended insurance which Helps. They say they identify the cause of the leak. They keep the camper for about a month maybe a bit longer. So we pick it up after they are done.. about $10,00 worth of work. My husband and I leave for another job.. we hook up, water starts spewing out of under our camper!! Fixed the leak? Identified the problem?? I think not. Long story short they "bypassed" the water heater and didn't even look at it. Nor did they hook it up to see if they fixed the issue! I WISH I would have taken pictures at its state when we got it back. Nails, towels, screws and dirt ALL OVER THE PLACE! Now, they want to say they did nothing wrong! You didn't do your job! Nor did you check your work so no you didn't break the water heater but you HALF ASSED YOUR JOB and didn't check to see if you actually fixed the problem. We also had a new leak in the bathroom sink where they didn't attach it securely.. they would have know that if they hooked it up again to water!! Don't use these people for maintenance on your Rv or TT. They won't even admit to doing a shit job. They paid for a maintenance man to come out and check it out. They should be responsible for everything but NO they won't take responsibility. So we are assed out money due to their negligence. This is what I got back.. this is $10,00 worth of work.
