‍ ugh, this is upsetting but we are very disappointed in how they do business. My husband and I travel with our Travel Trailer. We were home after a long stent in Nevada for my husbands work. We had a water leak in the back of the camper. We specifically wanted to get this fixed so, since we had time we scheduled an appointment. Along with other things like lights, electrical, outside kitchen and grey pipe needed some maintenance. They assess and say it totaled (the floor is damaged due to the water leak) we should get a new one... No, we don't want to do that. We have extended insurance which Helps. They say they identify the cause of the leak. They keep the camper for about a month maybe a bit longer. So we pick it up after they are done.. about $10,00 worth of work. My husband and I leave for another job.. we hook up, water starts spewing out of under our camper!! Fixed the leak? Identified the problem?? I think not. Long story short they "bypassed" the water heater and didn't even look at it. Nor did they hook it up to see if they fixed the issue! I WISH I would have taken pictures at its state when we got it back. Nails, towels, screws and dirt ALL OVER THE PLACE! Now, they want to say they did nothing wrong! You didn't do your job! Nor did you check your work so no you didn't break the water heater but you HALF ASSED YOUR JOB and didn't check to see if you actually fixed the problem. We also had a new leak in the bathroom sink where they didn't attach it securely.. they would have know that if they hooked it up again to water!! Don't use these people for maintenance on your Rv or TT. They won't even admit to doing a shit job. They paid for a maintenance man to come out and check it out. They should be responsible for everything but NO they won't take responsibility. So we are assed out money due to their negligence. This is what I got back.. this is $10,00 worth of work. read more

Very disappointed is customer service at this place. We traveled from Pella Iowa to purchase a 2022 fifth wheel September 2021. We were missing a a awning cover when we picked up and they told us they would mail us one. Never received and of course when we emailed or called CS no one would return our call. Finally when we did speak with them and now it is end of February and still no cover. Their answer was to go to Grand Design to resolve and they have not helped us either! You spend the kind of money we did on RV you expect to be taken care of.....I would definitely not recommend Lifestyle RV. TERRIBLE SERVICE. read more

We just bought a Reflections Grand Design from Lifestyle RV. Our experience when we went, just to look and get ideas was wonderful! Jack helped us out and there was no pressure to buy. We enjoyed looking at many different campers. We didn't expect to have our eye on one by the time we left. They gave us a good deal. We left with time to think about our choice. During the week Rick checked and found the best financing rate they could get for us. We were sold!! Then it came time for the inspection and Dakota was very thorough and knowledgeable in teaching us all about it. read more

We bought a Grand Design Solitude 344 GK-R last year and have been so impressed with this place. They have never once failed to go above and beyond for us. The sales experience was a once in a lifetime deal with Steve Bloss and the service after the sale has been above and beyond. Lisa Kent has gone out of her way to help us repeatedly. I can't say enough good things about her. She is an asset that they couldn't do without. If Barry Lawson reads these I hope he passes onto Lisa what we have said. She has helped us when we were at our wit's end and made ownership of this trailer a real pleasure even when it had to be in the shop. Donnie Simpson has also been a fount of information for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Lifestyle RV to any of my friends, or family. They have gone way out of their way for us. If I were to ever buy another RV this would be the first place I would shop...probably the only place. Incidentally, Grand Design Customer Service has really come through for us with their suppliers when they didn't want to stand up for us and replace defective equipment. My husband and I were in search of a 5th wheel that was well-priced and of good quality. We'd been to many RV dealers locally and, at one point, drove 3 hours to look for more. First of all, not many RV dealerships are open on Sunday - but Lifestyle RV was. Guess who got our business? In addition to being open to the public, I was also surprised by how friendly everyone was - and I mean, genuinely. Keith showed us exactly what we were looking for and wasn't pushy or "salesman-like" (sorry if I offend anyone but some of you know what I'm talking about). The day we had our walk-through, everything was explained to us; from top to bottom. Nothing felt rushed and, again, staff was friendly and professional. The only caveat I have is that the camper wasn't cleaned to my white-glove standards, which is somewhat minor. In terms of customer service (top-notch), RV selection and price; I HIGHLY recommend Lifestyle RVs. read more

From the very first phone call, to the maiden voyage driving off the lot, these guys & gals took excellent care of me, answered all my questions, no matter what time/day, and made sure I was successful/knowledgeable to operate my new GD XLS 23BHE. We purchased a New 2015 Keystone Fusion 404 Toy Hauler from LIFESTYLE RV in Grain Valley! Our experience with SERVICE after you buy has been a night mare. We've had a leak in a slide-out sense purchase, still leaks. They have tried to fix but still leaks as of last week. We were told after the question (What happens after the warranty expires?) was told if it was an issue that was repaired under warranty they would stand behind there work. Now we're being told that was never said. P.S. A list of other problems is too long. read more

Hello, I had a plan for last years camping season. Go to the RV Show and find the "Deal Of The Day". I found the perfect one for me at the Lifestyle RV area. A Grand Design 2930R-RL 5th Wheel. I got exceptional value towards my 09 Denali trade-in . I was able to pick my options on package model, and it was special ordered for my particular options from the factory. To this day, I've had ZERO Issues with my Pleasure Unit, but had ONE piece of trim that needed to be reattached. The walk through covered MORE than I had researched and the RV Tech was very clear and professional in his explanations and demonstrations. Now that I've gone through one season of camping in this Grand Design unit, it's time to do some Preventative Maintenance and check point inspections. The roof and other working parts. I agree with Kim and Rocky's review. NEW Grand Design Reflection RV paid over $45,000. If you need good sales this place is good to work with service department is lacking to say the least. First appointment took 2 months to get our camper in next two appointments the issue was not fixed. Today 8/5 see below. Extremely unprofessional of Barry at Lifestyle RV's to hang up on me. Appointment for today to get the air conditioning fixed 8/5 they said it would not be done until 8/28 because we did not have any current plans to take the camper. You made the appointment for today you should have it fixed in a timely manner. I am sorry you are too busy but you made the appointment. Correct answer is we will do the best we can to make you happy since you have a new camper (1 year old) and have only been able to use it 4 times. read more

Sales experience was great. Bought a Grand Design travel trailer in late 2019 and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Service department - not so much. I've now taken it to them twice for an annual roof inspection and wheel bearing repack, which they recommend. Both times they promised it would be done in a week, but never called. After 3 weeks, I called and it wasn't done yet. Called on Tuesday and arranged to pick it up on Friday. Showed up on Friday - it still wasn't done. They will have had my unit for a month to do a half-day's worth of work. Their service people seem to be very unorganized. Make one wonder what else might be slipping through cracks in that department. read more

Dianne is unprofessional and bias. I called into their store on Friday and inquired about an RV antenna. They had one in stock (90% higher than online) and I asked about their hours. He told me they are open Sunday until 5pm. I came there and Dianne let me walk around for 15 minutes looking for the antenna. I found it and brought it up front to be told "oh I can't sell anything on Sundays" I reminded her I called and they told me the hours. She said "well did you buy an RV here I maybe could do something". I told that was extremely wrong to discriminate customers. Then I told her no because she is not a DRV dealer and that was what I wanted. Hey Barry, the hag up front is why online sales is killing your business. Online the antenna is as cheap as $84.00 IN YOUR STORE it is $159.99 I support SMALL business which is why I chose your store. read more

I'd been in search of a fifth wheel for over 9 months. I went with the intention of "looking" only, but Keith made it so there was no need to haggle price. He gave me a wonderful price for my trade and came in just where we had hoped to be. The buying process was easy, and Taylor was great during our walk through, and answered questions along the way. There were no hidden fees. Make sure you really inspect your unit. We found minor issues once home, that likely came from the manufacturer, but could have been rectified at the dealer. It's not worth the 2 hour drive back, but it's frustrating when we bought a new unit and already have things to fix. It won't deter us from returning to buy again though someday. My wife and I visited Lifestyle on a Sunday and on Monday she submitted a credit application and they asked for more info. She submitted the additional info, and no one called. Checked the website and the travel trailer we were interested in was sold. No one contacted us, no one asked for a deposit or contract. We assumed until we were approved or denied the trailer was reserved. Guess our bad for thinking a persons word mean anything. read more

Do NOT inquire about an RV with Lifestyle RV's. They will run your credit report based on your address WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. I have gone to the attorney general and BBB. Next step is small claims court because this is a violation of my rights. read more

Took my Redwood RV into Lifestyle RV for some repair work, some warranty work and some regular repairs. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Lisa in Service and the friendliness of the entire staff. The two techs working on my RV, Cory and Mike were very knowledgable, took the time to diagnose the issues and then took great care to ensure the repairs were done correctly. As a full-time RVer I have had my RV in other shops around the country and I have NEVER received such great service and customer service. I also appreciate the fact that Lifestyle RV is pet friendly and their staff genuinely enjoyed having my pet in their waiting room. Overall I would highly recommend Lifestyle RV to everyone whether they are wanting to purchase an RV or have service wok done on their RV. read more
