Around 12:30pm, I called back and was told that the technician had gone home sick at noon. My car was not looked at in the 4 hours except to complete an inspection, that I had asked for. Of course, there's a charge for that "service." Instead, we asked for specific repairs and they charged for "taking a look" to confirm in addition to cost of repair. They also said they had to run codes, charged to run codes, then quoted a repair that had already been done. The communication from the "front office" to techs is ineffective resulting in wasted time and unnecessary repairs being made and quoted. If your car problem is not cookie cutter, they are not equipped or able to diagnose. Their service is mostly consuming time and charging for it.
