I requested a tow from this company through my insurance company and they advised me that it would be 150 minutes. That time came and I called the number provided and no one answers. I then contacted my insurance company back and they was able to speak with someone and they advised them that it would be another hour. Then the driver texts and say they are backed up. But, after that 3 more hours past and they still have not shown up. I should have known because this is the 2nd time my insurance company have dispatched them. The first time I waited over 6 hours and they never showed up. I ended up having to leave my car on the side of the highway until the next morning. Horrible service. Horrible communication. I was on the side of 285 with my son, for 5 hours waiting for this guy to show up. First he would be there in 2 hours. So after 3 I called. Then it was 10-15 mins away. 1 hr later I called back. He answered the phone. "He is running 30 mins behind." It sounded like he was at the house. Oh okay. So another hour later. I called back. No answer. Straight to voicemail. It doesn't end there my roadside wanted me to keep waiting for this no show tow. Ha. TRASH!!!! If you ever get a text with this guys information...abort mission. I have been waiting for 3+ hours and they have not shown up!!!! They will not answer the phone. They answered 1 time and said it would be another hour and when that hour came They still have not shown up and REFUSES to answer again. This is horrible. first all of i could give negative starts i would. if i was you i would find another towing company. my husband broke down yesterday at 8pm and so he called his insurance company and they put him on w this towing place it said it would be until 12 until they would be there 4 hours after he broke down. well 12 came around NOTHING, around 2AM i was calling them to figure out how long it was gonna take them called 20+ times and NO ONE ANSWERED they was sending my call to voicemail!!! they was bringing his car to his work, n they didn't get there until 4:30 AM!! he had to be at work by 6:30... so he didn't get to come home n gts. this company is the biggest LAUGHING stalk. if your insurance company put you on w them your gonna be sitting for over 8 hours waiting on them. read more

My insurance called them for roadside assistance, was quoted 2 hours for a wait. I called after 2 hours and 15 minutes and no one answered. When I called my insurance company back they finally got ahold of someone and they said they had no drivers available to come out when someone was already supposed to be with me. read more

never get your vehicle towed by this business. i was get a simple tow, less than a mile away. i put the claim in at 9am. it's now 12:06pm. no one answers the phone when you call. they send the call straight to voicemail. this is highly unprofessional. i don't normally take the time to write out reviews but this is bad business and this company played with my time and money. the least you could do is answer the damn phone for your customers. i mean, damn! and you're lucky i had to leave you at least 1 star. but that's being extremely generous and your business doesn't even deserve one star. read more
