I really appreciated that small bit of communication. It made me more relaxed handing over my two fur babies to a new stranger. It had been 3 months since our 2 dogs had been groomed, usually it's a once a month date with the groomer. They came back to us looking like a million bucks. They looked and smelled great. I felt the prices were right, but the customer service team at the front desk needed to be a bit friendlier in my eyes. The girls seem a bit distracted and forgetful. I just moved to the area and they were able to schedule my precious Shitzu Poodle mix right away for a much needed grooming. The spa is clean and well organized. I was on time, they took me immediately and explained the process of spa stages. Both ladies were so kind, positive and sweet. They told me 2.5 hours and my sweet baby would be ready. The grooming price for her (12 pounds of love) was $48 cash. This includes a bath, conditioning, ear pluck, nail trim and anal gland excretion. I was called within 2 hours and headed back to pick up my baby. She looked amazing and was immediately scheduled for a second booking in two months. I observed the other four legged clients and they were well cared for and treated with extreme kindness and patience.
