    Dusty Cajun Wings $0.75 each
    Leonard E.

A Canada Day Monday dinner at this pub was just what the Prime Minister ordered. The place was quiet with only a few patrons and no patio seating option. Not to worry because we selected window seating in an air conditioned dining room. Several TV screens hang from the walls for customers to view sporting events. Today's feature was (up to) 20 lightly breaded Dusty Cajun & Lemon Pepper @ $0.75 each along with a stein of Moosehead for $10.00. The wings were flavourful, tasty and delicious! Our great server was smiley Angelika. Happy Canada Day!!

    BBQ Ranch wings

I went to Coopers with some friends on Wednesday night. They have a wing special Monday to Wednesday, .75 cent wings with the purchase of a beverage. 20 wings max per beverage and also you have to order 10 per flavour. So you can't do 5 in one flavour and 5 in another, each is just increments of 10. The "premium" sauce is .85 cents per wing instead, same rules apply. On wing night, your order doesn't come with the carrots and celery and also doesn't come with the blue cheese or ranch dip. I ordered ranch on the side and they said it's $1.50 extra but that fee did not appear on the bill, also I ordered an iced tea and it was not free refills however our waitress refilled mine anyways which was nice of her!! When we walked in we realized it was self serve so we picked our own table and a waitress soon approached us asking to take our drink orders. Once we ordered the wings we did not have to wait more than 15 minutes for them which was good since I was starving!! I got the mild wing sauce and my husband got the garlic Parmesan. His tasted like Cesar dressing was tossed all over the wings and mine tasted like your classic mild wing sauce which is my favourite. I really enjoyed my wings!! They weren't huge wings but they weren't super small either. Then we got an order of the BBQ ranch wings to split and those were pretty good too. Overall, this satisfied my chicken wing craving!

    Ribs, Meatloaf

We ordered through ubereats so temperature is not being rated here.Taste? Sort of bland. Extremely average. Ribs were somewhat tough and pretty dry. I expect ribs to be fall off the bone when they are called fall off the bone ribs. Im not too keen on BBQ sauce but the sauce was good and needed more of it because it was pretty dry. Meatloaf tasted more like filler than meat. Potatoes were okay, gravy was flavourless. Veggies were cooked very nicely and were good. I feel like salt could have done some heavy lifting here as well. It's kind of what you expect to get in dive bars opposed to gastro pub. Value for food was great though. Guess you get what you pay for!

First time seeing a feather on my wing... Classic.

BAR 6IX SPORTS & WINGS …read more . located near square one, bar6ix offers an extensive food and drink menu. However, they're known for their chicken wings and beer and I can definitely see why now. The restaurant is very spacious with tons of TV's located throughout the restaurant so that no matter where you sit, you will be able to watch the sports events comfortably from your seat. . . 3lb chicken wings (2 flavours- Bar6ix and God's Plan) 4.5/5 mini pitcher of beer . . The chicken wings were very delicious! They are larger than wings from other places and were very flavourful and juicy. Though both flavours were good, God's Plan was my favourite (Honey Garlic, BBQ, Lemon and Pepper). The sauce was very savoury and addicting. Beer is also decently priced and pairs nicely with the wings. Highly recommend if you're looking for some wings!

The place was absolutely packed and they did have a $30 minimum spend because of the game. Totally fair by the way considering how busy it gets. There were TVs everywhere, everyone was cheering, and the energy in the room was so much fun. If you're looking for somewhere to watch a big game with a crowd, I'd definitely recommend this spot. The service was good too. Our server was really nice and you could tell she was running around trying to help everyone because the restaurant was completely full. Even though it was busy, she still checked in on us when he could and made sure we had everything we needed. For food, we started with the spinach dip. I'd probably give it an 8/10. It was creamy, cheesy, and came out nice and hot with plenty for everyone to share. Definitely one of my favourite things we ordered. We also got the wings and ribs combo. One thing I'll say is their wing menu is HUGE. There were honestly so many flavours that it was almost overwhelming trying to decide. We ended up going with the Hot Honey Garlic wings, and I'd give them a 7.5/10. They were crispy and the sauce had a nice balance of sweet and spicy. The ribs were probably around a 5.5/10 for me. They weren't bad, but they didn't really stand out and I liked the wings a lot more. Overall, the food was decent, but it wasn't really anything I'd go out of my way for. That being said, the atmosphere completely makes up for it. Watching the game there with a packed crowd was so much fun, and that's really what this place is all about.

Gord and I had Pep & Cheese pizzas (10" New York style pizza, pizza sauce, Ezzo pepperoni, mozzarella, oregano and Grana Padano cheese) and we both took half of our pizzas home for lunch tomorrow. Rosemary had Mac and Cheese (creamy mac and cheese made with our beer and cheddar sauce, topped with melted cheese, shaved scallions) and Chicken Tenders - Kids Combo (3 kid-sized buttermilk marinated, panko-breaded chicken tenders; served with thick cut french fries, plum sauce and ketchup) ... the mac and cheese looked delish and she took half home but the chicken tenders were overcooked. Kevin had a Chicken Clubhouse Sandwich and fries (classic clubhouse sandwich served on 3 pieces of toasted white bread, stacked with grilled chicken breast, shredded lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese, bacon, guacamole and chipotle aioli spread). Alfred had a Margherita pizza (10" New York style pizza, pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil and Grana Padano cheese). Christine had a Chicken Caesar Wrap (grilled chicken breast, romaine, parmesan, caesar dressing, wrapped in a 12" flour tortilla) and took half home. Ocean was our server. She was friendly and took good care of us. For some reason, the 3 pizzas came out about 15 minutes after the other meals so they were almost finished by the time we started.

She forgot to punch in my daughter's order and my husband's. She corrected my husband's before she left the table but the kitchen staff had to bring her back to our table to verify what happened to my daughter's order. She had to punch it back in but never followed up. By the time the food came it was over 15 mins. She didn't give us napkins, or cutlery, and there was only 3 tables including us she was managing. The kitchen staff shared it was the server's issue not hers that the food was in correct. She forgot our water but managed to get the game cards. Then we couldn't find her to get cake. She handed over the bill and machine instead. I asked her for a cake or brownie so I could celebrate for my daughter and she said she couldn't do that. The bonus card was enough but that's not what I was asking for. So I felt forced to pay the bill I didn't ask for yet as the kids just only came back to the table. I asked for the take out containers. But she was standing behind me watching what tip I was going to punch in and at that point I didn't even want to tip her. I asked for her to get me take out containers again and she said she would after the bill was cleared. Waited another 10 mins and walked to the back where I saw her standing there with 2 other girls talking while she was doing nothing. So I just stared at her until she noticed. I had to ask her to hand me the take out containers. After that to went to management and complained about the whole experience. Said she needs to fix this and retrain that staff. Why are we spending $200 to $700 plus here with family coming here often but today on my daughter's birthday we couldn't even order more drinks or food because of her experience. Nothing was compensated or assured that this Valerie waitress would understand better customer service. Even the table next to us got their food and drinks before us. Horrible experience. In this economy I don't want to spend my hard earned dollars on poor customers service.

During that time, I made multiple attempts to get a server's attention, but staff consistently avoided eye contact and rushed past without acknowledging me. Eventually, I had to interject just to ask about my order, only to find out it had already been prepared and sitting off to the side the entire time. As a result, I stood there unnecessarily while my food was getting cold and by the time I got home, it was no longer enjoyable, and considered throwing it out. What's most frustrating is that this could have been resolved easily if even one staff member had acknowledged me and checked whether I was waiting for pickup. Instead, I was completely ignored despite standing directly in front of the pickup area, while other customers were being assisted. I understand it was busy due to Good Friday, and there were several other customers waiting. However, that makes it even more important to have a basic system in place, for example, having one staff member greeting customers, managing pickups, or clearly directing where to go. As a first-time customer, there was no clear process, no signage, and no way to tell whether my order was ready, which added to the confusion. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. A simple acknowledgment and clearer organization would have made a significant difference.
