2 lb wings (sweet chilli & hot honey) with crisp golden chips
    Ryan K.

Last Tuesday decided we needed to engulf some sacrificed birds and made it a boys night out with the regular. This location had quite the entertainment being on King St without the traffic, was greeted with the half price wings special. Ordered myself the special along with a 7up soda to go with the special. Typical big wings with nice crisp cut chips and dipping sauce. In the end I succumb to not being able to finish the wings as I gave up and had to request a container to accept my defeat to take home. Location is great for those around the area, parking on side street, accessible for those with mobility vehicle. Great wings, along with great entertainment from the patrons, and awesome wing for the Blue Jays.

Service was good, but mannnn the wings were fire! I got the Cajun Honey. The crowed was good and friendly. Perfect place to get a drink before the game !

After Woofstock, I had a late lunch/early supper at St. Louis. I sat on the patio ... it was fairly quiet compared to those on Front Street which were jammed. After walking around for a couple hours in the heat, my cold Keith's tasted goooood! I ordered a pound of hot wings and fries. They were delish! The servers took good care of me. It was a nice patio to eat, have a beer and read my book ... until three women came by and sat at the other end of the patio. Due to health regulations, they couldn't bring their dogs onto the patio so they tied them up right behind me. They were so stressed being so far away from their owners and barked the whole time. Poor babies!

Restaurant: St.Louis Bar and Grill Cuisine: American/Barbeque Location: St Lawrence Market Address: 92 King St East Price Range: $10-20 1: Poor 2: OK 3: Good 4: Very Good 5: Excellent Food: 5 Service: 3 Ambiance: 3 Overall: 4 Extra information: *Over 10 flavors of wings *Half price wings on Tuesdays *Undercover Patio This is my favorite restaurant in Toronto so far. I've always wanted to find my ultimate chicken and beer place and this is it! Again, this is so conveniently located near my house and it was impossible not to try it because every time I pass by this place, I can smell the chicken wings. On Tuesdays they have half price wings special so that's the day to visit if you are ever interested. You can choose between 1lb (~7-9 wings) for $10.99 or 2lb for $19.99 from 16 different types of flavors. Flavors vary from the typical honey garlic, bbq, buffalo as well as hot flavors called 'hotter than hell' or 'suicide'. They are all served with French fries and garlic dill sauce. I ordered 1lb of Caribbean Jerk and 1lb of Hot & Honey as well as Onion rings. The wings were SO GOOD!! It's THE best chicken wings I've ever had. Outside was so crispy with the skin perfectly fried and the meat was super juicy. I preferred Hot&Honey flavor over Caribbean Jerk flavor because the Caribbean Jerk had too much rosemary for my likings. Warning for those who can't eat spicy food, Hot&Honey had 2 chili signs and it was quite spicy for me! And the French fries that came with the chicken wings were super delicious. The fries are quite thick but they make it so crispy and they are served super hot it goes so well with the chicken wings when washed down with icey cold beer. Onion rings are kind of on the pricey side but they are so worth the price. Their onion rings are so sweet inside and perfectly fried and it's perfect with the ranch sauce that comes with it. Summary: I would go back here any day! They serve other types of food as well but you find most of the people ordering chicken wings and beer. Best wings ever!!

Service is good and food here is actually really consistent. They always have food and drink specials, so you really get the best bang for your buck here! Wings, fries, ribs are staples here. Recently I had Greek fries and they were delish! The taco salad was surprisingly fresh - would definitely order again!

The wings are always cheap here but over the years it has definitely gone downhill. The fries are still great with the house sauce! A great casual place for hassle free drinks and wings

Ambiance - 4/5: similar to most sports bar, it's dim and loud with a lot of sports games on tv. They had a lot of reservations so the tables were split off for our small reservation. It felt a little tight. There seems to be 2 levels of seating. Service - 3.75/5: we got there early but they were nice enough to seat us early. The host sweetly pulled out my seat for me. It took us awhile to decide what to order but the server was patient with us. He checked in on us a few times. Maybe because the tables are tight, servers kept knocking into my chair seving other patrons and my seat is all the way into the table. Food - 3.5/5: I appreciate that the menu gives little historical moments that happened over the years. we ordered: Spinach dip - comes with chips and pita. Some of the chips were heavily seasoned. The pita is soft but doesnt really absorb much of the spinach dip. The dip itself is light in flavor. I prefer the chips over the pita Steak frites - we ordered medium rare and they got the cook right. The steak knife is very bendy. It should have been a AAA striploin but for some reason it felt tough and was hard to cut through. The charcoal grill marks made the exterior too burnt, giving it a bitterness to the steak. It came with an arugula salad and a very genorous portion of fries. Everything was seasoned well. The arugula salad and the chimmichuri on the steak had a tartness to it which added some brightness to the dish. I typically don't use ketchup but I needed it to help me with the fries. I could not finish the fries Sundae - there's probably only 1 scoop worth of vanilla ice cream. It comes in a cup with whipped cream and berries. Overall: 3.75/5 - If we come back, I might try other food items.

My husband and I wolfed down our entrees, him the Fried Chicken Sandwich and I the Italian Burger. My burger came drippin' in fresh fixings and a delicious garlic aioli + balsamic glaze. I loved every bite. My husband's chicken was crisp, crunchy and flavored fantastically. Highly recommend these items if you can still get them. The waiter came to take my order for food and asked if I had allergies. I said "Yes, seasonal but what would that have to do with my food order?" Waiter responded "food allergies" and I told him I did not have any. Same waiter comes back five minutes later with no drink and asks AGAIN for my food allergies, explaining that I have to tell him that I have one. I told him I don't again, to his irritation. 15 minutes later a woman comes over demanding the same. I calmly explained that the situation is weird and making me uncomfortable as I dont understand what is going on or why they are taking issue with me. She left and 20 minutes later, they came to the table and told me they are refusing service and that I would be escorted out. This was embarrassing, uncalled for, poor customer service, and RACIST!!!!!! I called in today to give feedback on my experience and the same manager named "Steve" hung up in my face mid way through my story. I travel the world and i have NEVER been treated this. We ended up sitting at the bar since we were walk-ins. It is also a very low light restaurant, especially at night. so it might not be the best place for older adults or those who are visually impaired. Service was good, however, we were somewhat forgotten at times since we were tucked away in a dark corner. We ended up ordering the Truffle Fries, the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka pasta, the Korean Chicken, and the Vodka Pie. The truffle fries were crisp and plentiful. We added sausage to the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka pasta, and it was delicious paired with the pizza. The Korean Chicken were bite sized and flavourful as well. However, The vodka Pie haunts me in my dreams. I think I crave this pizza about every week. The pizza at King Taps has one of the best crusts I've ever had, and the vodka sauce is to die for. It's sad to know that this pizza will rotate out, I'd definitely try it before it leaves! I will be back for the Vodka Pie, mark my words!

Way exceeded my expectations. We started with a corona zero and ranch water (passion fruit flavour) we were both really happy with it. The didn't skimp on the tequila. We started with the Brussels sprouts which is always a great choice from here. Crispy on the outside and not an overwhelming Brussels sprout taste. This is likely because there is a generous sprinkling of grated parm and a great amount of dip. We tried the crispy tuna sushi. The tuna was beautifully marinated, so flavourful. And the sushi was nice and crispy. The vodka pie was a seasonal item and when we saw it listed, we knew we needed to try it. The sauce- amazing, the press was nice and flaky and light and really tasty. And the soccer Sada added nice saltines and flavour without being too overwhelming. For happy hour, the apps and pizzas were $5 off, and the ranch water was $5. I'd come back for the pizza alone! Jeans was our waitress and she was great!
