My family and I were craving wings and decided to check out a different St.Louis location tonight. Server seemed a bit rude, he came up to the table after a few minutes of us looking at the menus, and was like "what do you want to order" not even a "hi, have you had a chance to look at the menu or any questions" I had to be like "hi hows it going" for them to start a conversation. They didn't offer a kids menu for my toddler or take the menus away after ordered. The spinach dip was just okay, seemed pretty basic and plain and tasted just ok. My mom ordered coffee and they said they didn't have any brewed and to wait a bit. When it came, it wasn't even hot and didn't taste like coffee. Wings were fresh, flavors were on point so that made it better. The table next to us had some issue with payment and their server was giving them attitude. Stopped in at the local St. Louis for a take out dinner after a long time. Restaurant has had some updates , staff is friendly and professional. Ordered a Garlic Dill Chicken burger as well as a Alfredo pasta which I got to know upon arriving for the take out that they didn't have , they replaced with a different one and added a starter . I have been to A LOT of St, Louis locations but 92 King Street has always been my favourite as i have always received consistently good service at this location. Since this whole Covid thing started, i have ordered from this location (through Skip the Dishes) about 10 times and again, they have consistently been the best takeout experience. First of all, they always get my order right (all flats, extra saucey) but more importantly they show that they "care". By that I mean most places just deliver what you order but St, Louis always includes something extra like extra sauces at no charge (one time it was a whole bottle!) or a free dessert, tons of napkins etc. They are definitely my "go to" place for takeout wings and i look forward to visiting again when the lockdowns are over. After Woofstock, I had a late lunch/early supper at St. Louis. I sat on the patio ... it was fairly quiet compared to those on Front Street which were jammed. After walking around for a couple hours in the heat, my cold Keith's tasted goooood! I ordered a pound of hot wings and fries. They were delish! The servers took good care of me. It was a nice patio to eat, have a beer and read my book ... until three women came by and sat at the other end of the patio. No offence to the servers - they are actually super nice and very welcoming. What I find is that there are other better deals around the area than 1/2 wings on Tuesdays. The good itself is not too spectacular, good for the deals that they have. My group and I came on a Tuesday for the 1/2 priced wings. They were okay - we also have to purchase a large drink/alcoholic drink for the wings. There is a vast number of different flavors, but in general, they are all salty. We ordered 2LBs of wings and received our 2lbs of wings with 12 french fries..it was so disappointing. I was surprised there was such a large St. Louis Bar here, considering all the boutique and/or pub like places on King Street that would have a lot more beer choices. Had lunch team here last Friday and it's the second time we've been there. They are the few places that can do separate bills for large groups and pretty quick services. I had the Chicken & waffles and it's pretty good! The waffles were kinda sweet because they put sugar on them which I think it's a bit extra. The chicken is juicy and it went well with the waffles. My other colleagues ordered their wings specifical, 14.99$ for 14 wings with purchase of a drink (alcoholic or non alcoholic). The wings were surprisingly good! I work around the corner from this location so I order or eat in frequently. This location was previously a Thai restaurant that didn't last long but this St. Louis seems to be busy all the time. Wings and fries are consistent with other locations. The hot & honey sauce is one of their better flavors. The portion sizes I find to be small given the price. 1 lb of wings will set you back $20.00 Duffs is cheaper and the wings are larger. I did not realize that wings and ribs are such a Canadian thing until my friend requested them before she leaves Canada for good. Despite being a chain, St Louis has great quality food other than just their wings. We usually get the wing and ribs combo to share. You can choose so many flavours. Horrible service. Our food was coughed on and brought to another table before it reached us. Grossed out, we asked our waiter Sean to have them re-made. He made condescending comments towards us and treated us as if we were homeless, begging for a meal. Then he returned to the kitchen and brought out a "freshly cooked" set of wings and fries that were cold to the touch-clearly this was the exact same meal. Frustrated and hungry we left. I followed up the next day with the district manager but because he wasn't the franchise manager he said he couldn't do anything to remedy the situation. This place gets really busy during the lunch time. I work very close, so we go there for group lunches. It's easy to make reservations and they call to confirm it with you a day before, which is a nice reminder. They can accommodate under 20 people I believe, so we never had issues with not sitting together. The food portion is good and the quality is not bad at all. The only thing you need to pay attention is some of their specials are not cheaper. We noticed that when we went there last time.
