First of all I wouldn't put 4 coats of paint on an interior wall, secondly it wasn't at all black it was purple & not even a deep (could almost pass for black purple), but rather a brownish purple. They wouldn't refund or exchange even though it was incorrectly mixed. Then, while I was speaking to the manager, he put me on hold to talk to the guy in paint, then the phone went dead, I though we got disconnected but no, he just left for the day. Unfortunately, that goodwill was not returned. We attempted to purchase a STIHL HTA 50 pole pruner that was clearly tagged on the product itself for $349.99. At checkout, the store refused to honor the posted price and then removed the tag when questioned about it. Mistakes happen, but customer service and accountability matter. Ironically, most major retailers would likely have honored the posted price without argument. Disappointing experience from a business we specifically chose to support because it was locally owned.
