Bret Godbout is a skilled and experienced orthopedic surgeon in Bethlehem and East Stroudsburg, PA. Dr. Godbout obtained his medical degree from the State University of New York, Upstate Medical University. He completed his residency in surgery and internship at Brown University. Dr. Godbout also completed his residency in orthopedics at Brown University, Rhode Island Hospital where he was chief resident. He continued his training by completing a fellowship at American Sports Medicine Institute and South Highlands Hospital. He also holds a bachelor's degree from Colgate University. Dr. Godbout is a part of Coordinated Health Orthopedics. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. I've never met such an unprofessional business in my life. I've gone there sick after my wife has been there sick who had an upper respiratory infection So I obviously have what she has, they prescribe me Flonase and tell me to get mucinex. 2 days later I go back and they prescribe me cough medicine... I don't have a cough. Mind you, you get charged twice with your co pay to, a facility charge and a Doctors charge so thats $70 a visit. It's all a game to have you keep coming back, mind you the office is always empty. Oh btw there are no doctors only PA's. One PA Brad Wood is extremely unprofessional, I went there to get my 90 supply of cholesterol pills and he only gave me 30 so I can come back (pay a double copay) he told me while laughing at me, I need to see another doctor to give me my 90 supply. This is after the rude receptionist told me I'll get whatever I got last time when I told her make sure it's 20mg of Crestor and 90 day supply. I couldn't get her name but she's a young black woman with a mustache. Mind you this is the 4 th time I've been there for my pills and never had a problem. Everything is a game and there is a reason they are alway empty. I will make it my mission to keep people from going there. They need to be either closed down or get new management. I had to go here for urgent care. The staff were friendly. I filled out the typical information forms and then I was taken back and cared for immediately. I did not have to wait at all. The only thing that was an issue if that I didn't realize the entrance was on the other side of the building across the road from where the regular doctors offices are. They could use some better signage indicating that but otherwise it was a good experience and I received good service and care. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They have no way of keeping track of the order in which people arrive. The receptionist has no knowledge of anything. She has a smile plastered on her face but if you ask her a question, she only tells you she can't answer your question (regarding wait time, billing, amount of time the appt will take). The first time we were here we walked in and waited at least 90 minutes. The doctor was decent....the only good thing about the place. The second time, my husband was rudely told that he was standing too close in line and that he was cutting in line by the receptionist. There was no order kept to know who was next...no sign in. The third time, we actually had an appt. we are sitting here 25 minutes later with people behind us who have been sitting here for at least an hour. If our pediatrician hadn't told us to come here for a concussion, we wouldn't come back. We had no other option presented to us. We will not be coming back in the future. I will search for a different option. Praying our insurance covers this debacle. read more
